Excellent learning environment with great opportunities and supportive campus life.
Placements: Mostly more than 80% of placements will be given to students. The remaining 20% is not for placements. 15 LPA is the highest salary, and 2.5 LPA is the lowest salary. Dedicated training sessions, mock interviews, and career counseling are regularly organized to enhance employability. A strong alumni network and industry tie-ups ensure valuable opportunities for students.
Infrastructure: The lab, class, and library facilities are good. We have a lab with all the facilities that are needed for our studies. The hostel is also good. The college is really supportive regarding sports. The new equipments are available in the laboratory.
Faculty: We have highly qualified and knowledge oriented faculty members who offer us a good education. Apart from academics, they are also offering us good industrial knowledge. Due to the efficient university preparatory classes make us confident to face the exams.
Other: The canteen is a little bit smaller. It will be better if some renovation initiated.

Review about the college and faculty members.
Placements: Placements are not good enough for the food technology department. Placement training is held once a week, but the training is not related to the food technology department. The placement training is based on coding, which is not related to the food technology department. Kindly provide top recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available on each floor in the hostel. The range is not available in the hostel. Wi-Fi modems should be provided on each floor of the hostel. The water heater is not working, it is under repair. Sports should be encouraged. Female PET staff members are not available.
Faculty: Faculty members are quite good. They engage related to our department studies. Smart classes are provided, but the smart classes are going in a hurry, where notes cannot be taken easily and cannot go with the flow. Exams are conducted proper way. Notes are given properly by faculty members.
Other: The chemical agents are not available in our lab, which leads to improper experiments.

If you want to pass out with good marks, you can choose this college.
Placements: The college provides placement, but for the department of food technology, there are few companies coming for interviews. The package provided by the companies is 3LPA and the placement for the department of food technology is low.
Infrastructure: Good and friendly learning atmosphere, and faculty has very good learning experience and very good learning environment. This college is very good in academic disciplines, it is the best college in Coimbatore for engineering. The hostel atmosphere in DAIT is very good, cellular connectivity is very low inside the campus and mostly in hostel, so there is Wi-Fi in hostel and throughout the campus, there are separate grounds for boys and girls in hostel.
Faculty: The course curriculum is currently set by Anna University Chennai. The course is easy to learn and study, and get more marks from the third year onwards, we can choose our own subjects to study. The department of food technology is a combination of food-related studies and a little bit of mechanical subjects.

Review about the college and faculty.
Placements: 90% of our students are placed in our college. The highest average package offered in the course is between 25 to 35 LPA. 50% of students get internships in Nestlé and food processing manager roles. But placements are still not enough for our department. So providing placements are better for our future.
Infrastructure: In the hostel, there is no proper internet connection, and no ground is available for sports and games. No female PET staff members. The range is not available in the hostel. Proper food is available, and the food is good in taste. Purified water is available only in the mess and not in the room blocks. Facilities available in our department for our course include Wi-Fi connection, laboratory, classrooms, library, notebooks, etc.
Faculty: Staff members are encourage extracurricular activities. Exams are conducted properly. The staff is good at understanding students. SMART classes are available.
Other: The course is good, but placements are less.
