Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology is one of the best engineering colleges.
Placements: Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology was more reputed placement college. This college provided good placement results every year. Especially, 97% of students got placed in reputed companies in 2021 passed out batch. Tech Mahindra, Infosys, IBM, TVS, and Tata Electronics, these companies visited the college campus for interviews and recruitment. They offered the highest salary packages. The salary packages range from 4 LPA - 13 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology provided good infrastructure and facilities. This college had more modern laboratories and well-equipped library facilities and more spacious classrooms available. This college hostel facilities were very good. Hostel food was very healthy and tasty. More sports grounds and coaching staffs facilities were also there at this college.
Faculty: Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology had more than 15 courses. So more designed staffs working at this college. They had more than 10 years of experience in teaching professions. They conduct around 5-10 lectures every week. So 97% of students passed all semester exams. Our department staffs were very friendly people. They give more guidance to all students.
Other: Hindustan College of Engineering and Technology placement records were excellent. This college provided good transportation facilities. This college management conducted more sports events every year. This college celebrates more festival events like Pongal, Deepavali, Christmas, etc.

Beyond education, our college teaches not only the subjects but also the other disciplinary.
Placements: Our college has percentage of placements. The highest package is 44 LPA by Amazon. The average package is 10 LPA. The top recruiters are Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Capgemini, IBM, etc. Many students got internships in companies and also placed.
Infrastructure: The computer labs are so good and have high-speed internet. The classrooms are also so good. My favourite place is library it is so good and peaceful. The quality of the food in the hostel is not bad. The canteen is also good for relaxing in your free time.
Faculty: The teaching and teachers are so nice and in an understandable way. The relevant course curriculum is good and it makes students ready for the industry. Exams are so easy for the students to take and are knowledgeable for the students. So, all get pass marks.
Other: I chose this course for my career improvement. Everything is good and knowledgeable in the course. Our college is famous for its events and fests.

Placements: Around 10-20% of students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered ranges between 3 LPA - 4 LPA. The placement percentage changes yearly according to the potential of the batch students. Top recruiting companies are IBM, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Self-study is the most crucial thing to get a job at this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Our college provides good facilities. Labs are good. The hostel is good. The infrastructure of the hostel is good. The hostel depends on your choice. The food served in the hostel is not good. Our college supports students in sports.
Faculty: The course curriculum is good. The teaching quality is up to the mark. Exams are easy. We can score good marks. We have to gain good knowledge to get placed in our college.
Other: I opted for this course because IT is a growing field. You will get hired easily if you have good skills and percentages. It is easy to get a high score in this college. You have to gain skills set by self-preparation.

One of the best college in Coimbatore.
Placements: In our department of computer Science and engineering the total 80 percent of the students have been placed in most reputed companies. The highest average package offered in our course is 8.5 Lacs per annum and the lowest package offered is of 3.4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The library in our college is well organized with lots of books in all category and most of the book are used for ieee standards. The hostel is built with a good infrastructure with three type of buildings. The food is good and decent.
Faculty: All the staff members in our college are well qualified and well equipped with knowledge. All the teaching skills are best among some of them. Most of the staff has completed their Doctorate. The courses that are involved in the curriculum makes students ready for industry.

Review of Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: The IT and CSE students highly got placed in our college. Companies offer the highest and lowest salary packages. Many startup companies visit our college to recruit students. Almost 80-90% of students got placed in our department. Students should apply for internships by themselves or pay the amount.
Infrastructure: Our college has multi labs. Many government exams are allocated in our college so they should properly provide labs. Our college has Wi-Fi but they didn't tell us the password. The 1st year and 2nd year classrooms are good, but 3rd and 4th year managements are not good.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and knowledgeable. The management didn't conduct any special program. They properly manage the fee amount and unreasonable extra amount. They will force to pay the fees before the semester end. The fine amount of Rs.1000 is collected in the first month and the second month, it is Rs.5000.
Other: There are around 6-20 girls in each class. Our college is suitable for upper-middle-class and rich families.

Our college gives good college life and provides good placements.
Placements: Around 95% of students get placed in our department in 2022. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, the lowest salary package is 2 LPA, and the average salary package is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Accenture. Most of the students get internships and some of them get internships at startup companies in Coimbatore. Assistant system engineer, programmer analyst, software engineer, data analyst, etc., are some roles offered in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college is the best in terms of infrastructure but the hostel is adequate. Lab facilities are good and can be used whenever needed. Classrooms are neat and have a good learning environment. Library is very good to read peacefully and has all the books for every department. Wi-Fi is not available but students can use Wi-Fi in labs with a permission letter. If students submit books late, they collect penalties. The hostel serves good food but sometimes it is bad. There are no medical facilities but in case of emergency, the hostel warden will take students to a doctor. Sports are permitted inside the college with a permission letter until 7 PM or 7:30 PM. Hostel life is good.
Faculty: Professors in our college are helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. Students should approach professors for detailed explanations and help to build a healthy relationship for our placements. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant to our industry but not updated. Students have to take extra courses to get placed. Semester exams are easy to moderate. The pass percentage is 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I like computer science. The best thing about our course is it is related to today's technology. The course curriculum should be updated. Events organised in our college are the best. Festival, campus crowd, and connectivity are good. Students are free to move around. Our college surroundings are pleasant. Our college provides scholarships to students. Extracurricular activities are given much importance.

Overall, the college is excellent.
Placements: IT students got placed in many IT companies. Every year, above 80% of students get placed. The top recruiting companies are IBM and Microsoft.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There are IT labs in every block. There is a library which has all the required materials for every subject. CSE classrooms are all smart. Many webinars are held for IT students to improve their knowledge about the current IT field.
Faculty: This college has a group of excellent faculty members. They provide the best coaching for students. There are weekly student feedback sessions to change the faculty if the students are dissatisfied. Internals are held every month. Special training is provided for students.

For admission into Hindustan University, you need to write a separate entrance exam called HITSEEE. After that only you can get admission. It doesn't come under Anna University.
