The underrated college in Ranchi.

Placements: The percentage of students who were placed during the course was almost zero percent. There are no companies to recruit the students. The students only get their degree here. The percentage of students who got internships was zero because the college does not provide internships.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility, though the infrastructure of the college is pretty good. A new campus is also under construction. The college is considered to have the highest student capacity. Although the college is in good shape. It has no function as a canteen.

Faculty: The college takes extracurricular activities from time to time. And encourage the students to take part in different types of sports. The college focuses on increasing the spirit of sportsmanship. The college exams are not so difficult at all. The student who prepared for or studied for the exam can pass it very easily.

Our college is good for students who are preparing for government jobs.

Placements: Our college provides a few placement opportunities. Top recruiting companies visit our campus. Good education prepares students for their placements and future. Some students achieve top-level work.

Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are not available. Each course has separate classroom. The college is good for students who are poor and can't afford high college.

Faculty: Our teachers are good and well-qualified. They are experienced, well-behaved, and supportive. Exams are conducted on time. Our college offers new courses.

The college provides a great value for money.

Placements: About 20% students were placed in my course. The highest package offered was 18 lakh per annum, the lowest was 3 lakh per annum and the average is 5 lakh per annum. About 30% students got internship from my course in companies like Global Partnership.

Infrastructure: The college has every possible facility like smart boards, labs, a library, Wi-Fi, etc. The overall infrastructure of the college is excellent. The hostels have plenty of facilities. The food is at par in excellence and medical facilities are also available.

Faculty: All the teachers are very well qualified and passionate about teaching. The course curriculum is very relevant, which prepares the students for competitive exams like UPSC. Literally, all the topics of the curriculum are crucial for competitive exams. Passing the semester exams is not difficult. The pass percentage is 30.

Other: I chose Sociology as my major. It is about the study of society. Hence, anyone can relate to its content. Moreover, learning about the society is a part my interest and competence. The college makes sure to conduct regular events such as fests, debate competitions, speech competitions, sports events, etc.

This is the best college with very low price.

Placements: Doranda college is the best college in my opinion. A total of 50% of students are placed in my course. This college provides a large no of companies. Probably 10% got the internship. In my course there no such good roles offered. But there are many options available.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are very neat and clean. All benches are daily washed and the library area is big that also provides many choices for students. But my college does not provide a canteen. If you want to eat something, you need to go outside the college and also they provide many sports materials.

Faculty: The teacher is very well qualified and experienced. The teachers are very friendly. They will always help you with any type of problems in your studies. The exam is not very difficult and also not very easy. I got 75% that is good for me because the exams are somewhat tough for me.

Other: Doranda college provides a course that is very cheap.

In a nutshell, if someone can afford a better college should never go here.

Placements: Very few students got placed. Placements with good packages are countable on fingers. Only local companies come here and offer very low salary packages. Internships on campus are rare. The highest package offered is sometimes in a couple of Lacs only. The lowest package can range even up to 4,000 per month for typing work.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not much good. Overall, it's good for studies but can be better. The library is an old building, and no one feels to go there. Food in the canteen is average. No Wi-Fi was provided. Medical facilities like first-aid are available, along with a nurse. No major sports events take place. Our sports coach is old and lazy.

Faculty: The faculty members are not top-notch but are average. They have plenty of teaching experience. Semester exams are easy. The teachers are helpful. The pass percentage is around 35-40%. If we pay attention to studies, we can easily pass in all subjects. No internships are offered on campus.

Other: One thing which lacks here is exposure. No college fests are held, and other activities are very rare. Government scholarships are provided frequently, but we never know the results. Sanitation facilities are not good. The college doesn't pay attention to sports.
