I'm satisfied because of faculty members and facilities.

Placements: There are a lot of students. A total of approximately 250 students are present in one batch. Top recruiting companies included Amazon, Google, Concentrix, and many more private companies. Approximately, 40% of students got internships. Rest students moved out of the city or to other colleges for further studies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is excellent. Neat and clean surroundings with beautiful buildings and calm atmosphere. Classrooms are decently big. Lift facility, student vehicle parking facility, library with the required books and study material, college canteen, and laboratories are available. Medical facilities are also available.

Faculty: Highly qualified faculty members. All faculty members except assistant professors had a Ph.D. degree and mastered their field of study. The quality of teaching is 10/10. Course curriculum is relevant. There are 2 exams held per semester. The mid-semester exam is conducted by the college itself and the end-semester is conducted by the university to test students. The questions asked are sometimes difficult sometimes easy. The pass percentage is supposed to be 33%.

Other: I had a vision of studying English since childhood. I got to study literature language and know more about my subjects. The most interesting part is book reading. I got addicted to reading more and more which made a drastic improvement in my English. To improve the course, attendance should be made mandatory because many students don't attend many classes. Events include fests, cultural activities, and other programs.

College has very good infrastructure. It has a parking area and also a cafeteria.

Placements: No package, internships, or recruitment offered in this course. It's not an autonomous college or institute till now. It directly comes under Ranchi University, and I don't know whether the University gives recruitment for the students of any pursuing degree.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are somewhat larger than an average classroom. There is a cafeteria for both students and teachers. There is no hostel. The quality in the cafeteria is somewhat good. It's like normal street food that you eat from outside. And that's all.

Faculty: Teaching quality is quite good. Teachers are way more helpful. You can actually consult a teacher with a problem or to understand something even personally. They don't neglect what you want to learn. Pass percentage is 50%. Till the day I was there, it was quite fun.

Other: With this course, you learn about how the language evolved from time to time. Many events took place that formed something great and that's what we learn and write today.

A great college for your college life

Placements: In my course, there weren't any placements from our college. But we had placements from other departments like B.B.A. There weren't any top recruitment companies coming in our batch. But we always get letters of reference if we are in need of a job. The top roles offered in our course are of a teacher or a professor.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure in my department were good. But it went to be top-notch in the year 2023, as we all heard from our juniors. In my college life, the canteen wasn't great, and the bathroom wasn't clean as much.There aren’t any medical facilities, but we sure have sports.

Faculty: The teachers and the faculty are helpful and knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant and it makes our foundation of the English language strong and which makes us industry ready for the future. The semester exams are moderate to difficult for us...But it's okay…

Other: I chose this batch because I wanted to pursue a Master’s in English...And also for the government exams which only require a minimum qualification i.e. graduation in any stream. And for the improvement…I would say there aren't any. Everything is good. We used to have a lot of events before Corona and now it's all a little out of practice for everyone. But yes, as I have heard from our juniors...we are going to have one soon..

Gossner college is one of the best colleges in Ranchi from studies to sports.

Placements: In my batch, 100% of the of the students got placements, in which some were interested and some were not interested. According to my course, the highest package was 25000, the lowest package was 15000, and the average package was 17000. There was a private company for our course whose title was Working for Unemployment. Students of my course got internships in private companies. English communication plays a major role in my course.

Infrastructure: Our college's English department has good classrooms, and along with that, we also get the facilities of a smart board, a library, and labs. And in the college canteen you get different types of food at different prices, you get to see new dishes, and you get freshly prepared food in the canteen. And there is also a separate sports department for playing.

Faculty: All the teachers in the English department are helpful, capable, knowledgeable, and qualified teachers, and their teaching methods will be liked by all the students, and all the teachers behave like friends with the students. Due to which the connection between the teachers and the students becomes good. All the teachers get their syllabus completed before time. Due to which all the students get a good time for revision. Due to which all the students get good scores in the exam. The English department has a 99% pass record.

Other: The reason I chose English course is that my English was in the first stage. Doing English course is the best thing you can do to strengthen your English communication or best for teacher field. Every department is given chance to participate in events, college is provided good campus, scholarships with 100% return in every department, college tour every year, sports activities, etc.

Our college is worth the money paid.

Placements: Placements are not good in all courses. The percentage of students who got placed in this course is below average. The average salary package offered for our course ranges between 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Our college offered only a few internships. The top role offered is a teacher.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities like a canteen, good food, and huge and spacious classrooms. Our college provides very good sports and games facilities where students can show their talents. Every department has different labs and a library.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, cooperative, and fully supportive. All of them are qualified in their fields. They have full knowledge of their subjects. The quality of their teaching is average because they are not active in completing the course in a proper way and on time. Our curriculum is relevant. Exams are very moderate. The pass percentage is 33% out of 100%.

Other: This course is easy compared to other courses as well as very different and informative because English has its special place in the whole world. Our department should be more sincere. All the other activities are very good.

The faculty members are not good but the infrastructure is good.

Placements: Around 90% of students are placed in our course. There are no companies that visit to hire students. Many students get internships in BBA courses, and this college is good.

Infrastructure: The facilities and the infrastructure is improving in our college. The pace is slow but at least it is moving forward. There is not any Wi-Fi or laboratories, but students do have a library. Medical facilities are not provided in our college, but the food served in the mess and canteen is good.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 40%.

Other: I opted for this course because I wanted to clear the RBI Grade B examination. The best thing about this course is that I love this course and it is my favorite. Our course is great for now. The events are held in our college. The campus life is good, and the scholarships are also great.

Our college provides good teachers, good hostel facility and good infrastructure.

Placements: About 70-80% of the students from our course got placed in many MNC companies like Wipro, Asus, Intex, etc. Top recruiting companies of our course are Wipro and Asus. Almost 90% of the students from our course got an internship in companies like Wipro, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and a library. Good quality of the facilities is available in the hostel. Quality of food is served in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities, sports and games are also available.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is outstanding. All teachers nature is good for all types of students. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready.

Other: I have chosen this course because I want to know more about English literature. The best thing about our course is literature. I wish the college should improve our course. Programmes are organised at our college.

College is good but chances of placement is less came for completion of degree onl.

Placements: Chance of placement is less. In my course means the course which I am doing has less chance of placement but I came here just for a degree otherwise this college wiil not give you placement come here at your own risk if you are the toppers still you have to think of getting placement from the college .

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure large and vast. College campus is very good people will like it from outside as it is very attractive and vast, spacious but from inside classroom are not fully to the time. Benches are getting old no SMART board college needs to improve inside the classrooms .

Faculty: Okay. Faculty is like okay as they teach and don't take tensions weather the students getting it or not. Teacher their only need that my work is to teach the topic I will complete it that's it. Students are getting it or not they don't care for that.

Other: In total college is good but chances of placement is less. Look wise college is very attractive people will come and think of admissioning their but don't do because in real they don't have good placement .
