I am absolutely dissatisfied because of the college management.
Placements: Placements are good for CS and IT branches but are not at all good for branches like chemical, mechanical and civil. About 30% of the students from these branches were placed during my tenure. The highest salary package offered was pretty low, and it was around 5 LPA. A lot of students were left unplaced.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure of the college is good, but it is segregated a lot. You need to travel a lot from one place to another. Also, the departments are not very well defined. You have everything in one place, so it gets a bit cramp. Some of the amenities need renovation. The campus structure should be designed properly. The food quality was the worst compared to the fees they charge. The hostel rooms are also not that good. Some rooms were not even plastered properly. I opted out of the hostel after the first year as they were in pretty bad shape. Wi-Fi facilities were not offered for free.
Faculty: All the good faculty members had left the college, and all the faculty members who are remained were new with a little teaching experience. The course curriculum was as per the guidelines of AKTU, and it was very much outdated. Also, there were no workshops and other such activities. Only a few industrial visits were conducted.
Other: The attitude of the management is very poor. They just look to make money.

Please don't take admission in this college.
Placements: There are no placements for chemical engineering. They will send you an email stating that you will need to qualify GATE, on the basis of that you will get jobs in PSUs. But there is a job placement through this college. They will place you in BPOs with the name of KPOs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good enough, and separate labs are available here with all the equipment. If you are interested in doing some practical work then you can force the faculty, they will allow you to do that at your own risk. In the library, books are of 1997 edition which will not be useful for your course.
Faculty: The faculty here are good. All the faculty members belong to IITs, so in the case of faculty, you will meet good faculty. But about the curriculum, every day they will change the syllabus, and sometimes they will change the subject also. They will provide you only written notes, and you need to learn that, and on the basis of that, you will pass the examination here.

The campus is big and the hostels are good in terms of space. Most of the faculty members are young and energetic.
Discipline is maintained well in the college.
Placement is good in the IT sector.
Chemical branch of college is maintaining a legacy since the past 20 years and the alumni is excellent.
Events like tech fest and cultural events are organised in the college 4 times in a year.
