This college is a gem in all aspects.
Placements: Since it's a government medical college, all the students get to do their paid internships after the final year, after which they either work in some hospital or start preparing for the PG entrance. You don't have to worry about placements when you are in the medical field.
Infrastructure: The lecture halls are well ventilated, can accommodate all 200 students, and are well-equipped with projectors and whiteboards. The main halls even have air conditioning. The college has library, canteen, labs, and basically everything. Talking about the hostel, the rooms we got are triple occupancy rooms having fans and since the weather is too hot, we're allowed to install our own air coolers in our rooms (but with permission). Each hostel has a common reading room. There are common washrooms on each floor. The hostel campus has a lot of halls for various activities and sports grounds for cricket, volleyball, basketball, etc.
Faculty: The professors teach very well and make each and every concept clear to us in every possible way. They have a lot of in-depth knowledge about their respective fields and are always willing to help the students out, both academically as well as personally. The practical labs, dissection hall classes, theory lectures, etc. are all well designed and well taught to us. Semester exams as well as internals do require a lot of study, as it's the medical field.
Other: Every year, we have our fest called "Sparsh," which lasts for about a month and has various inter-batch sports competitions and cultural days like Bollywood Day, Traditional Day, Gang Day, Halloween Night, etc., as well as a variety of dance and singing performances.

Absolutely a very good medical college with good faculty .
Placements: I am a first-year MBBS student and in a batch of 200 students, 30 are from the all-India quota and 170 are from the state quota. After 4.5 years of course, an internship was provided by the college. In a first-year course, the total number of subjects is three, namely anatomy, physiology and biochemistry.
Infrastructure: Our college is 60 years old so the infrastructure is not very good, and the hostel campus is also old. Canteen and reading room are available on the hostel campus and a library is present on the college campus. A total of three mess is present. Large ground present. All subject labs are available.
Faculty: Experienced professors and departments are provided by the college. There were a total of 4 exams in the first year, namely the first internal, the second internal, the preliminary exam and the university exam. Eligibility criteria for the exam are 75 percent attendance in the class and 80 percent in practical.

It is a good college and provides the best education, so I recommend everyone take it.
Placements: Our college is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra. In our college, a batch of 200 students is selected through NEET. We don't have a package as a doctor, but recently one of our passed-out students did the surgery on spina bifida; he holds the title of the first surgeon to do this surgery.
Infrastructure: The hostel's facilities are good. We have a batch of 200 students, so we have to share a room between four people, but its accommodation capacity is only two people. Food in a mess is good, but it is not a government mess; it is a private mess, and we have to pay monthly for it. We have a ground, and our seniors conduct matches of cricket, basketball, kho, and football.
Faculty: Teachers are good at teaching. They are very knowledgeable. They have around 10–15 years of teaching experience. Yes, the curriculum is relevant, and it makes us ready for presentation, communication, and handling of patients. Exams are tough to pass, and the passing percentage is 50%.
Other: We would like to have one more hostel, as the accommodation problem is a major problem.

Review of Dr. Vaishampayan memorial government medical college.
Placements: The placements are good here. The civil hospital provides an internship for one year where we get good clinical exposure. Many students from our campus have secured PG seats at AIIMS and other top institutes in the country. The internship provided here is very comparable to those at top colleges in Maharashtra.
Infrastructure: The college campus is well equipped with all the necessary facilities. The library is up to date with the latest versions of authors. A Wi-Fi facility is not available for students as such. There are 5 canteens on campus: 1 in the college, 3 in the hospital, and 1 in the hostel campus. The food is okay.
Faculty: The faculty here is knowledgeable, and seniority can be felt in their way of teaching. As of 1st year, the MBBS anatomy department has 4 faculty members teaching with the best of their knowledge. The professors here are a bit strict about the curriculum, and this is the best to expect for a good medical career.

Dissatisfied with faculty members of college, facilities are well.
Placements: Percentage of students placed is 80%. The highest package offered is in MD medicine. The lowest is in MD radiology and average in MD biochemistry. Percentage of students who got internship 100%. Top roles offered in my college are MD radiology, MD dermatology, MD medicine, MS.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for course are labs, classrooms, library, but no Wi-Fi. Qualities of facilities in the hostel are good; food available in mess is dissatisfying; medical facilities, sports and games facilities are above average.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful but no one prefers their help because they are knowledgeable but under-experienced. Teaching quality is dissatisfying. Course curriculum is relevant but do not make the students industry ready. Semester exams are easy, below average in difficulty, pass percentage is 50.

It is a good college, but it needs improvement in hostel life.
Placements: All students can join as MBBS graduates in various hospitals or can do PG. The salary package offered is decent, and it is almost equal for all MBBS graduates. A 1-year internship is also mandatory to complete the MBBS course. Almost 99% of students complete MBBS and join the hospitals in rural and urban areas, and more than 50% of students try to crack PG exams.
Infrastructure: Labs, classrooms and the library are good in the college. Wi-Fi facility needs to improve in the college. I would rate 2 stars for the hostel, as hostels are less clean, and infrastructure is much old as there are cracks in walls, etc. Toilet facilities and infrastructure in the hostel also need to be improved. The food served is decent in a mess.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, well-qualified and knowledgeable. All the teachers are great in their field. Just the quality of teaching needs to improve like that of some private coaching centers like marrow, dams, and Prepladder. I just found 2-3 teachers at that level in the way of teaching out of around 30-40. Exams and exam questions are of the decent level that everyone can pass if they study.
Other: Our batch is 3rd major, and I got admitted in 2017. The course is of 5 and half years, including a 1-year internship. I have chosen this course because I wanted to serve the people, and that brings a smile to my face. Events, fests, symposiums, and motivation lectures are well-organised in the college.
