Best college in Delhi with great facilities, connectivity, and joyful memories.

Faculty: The college teachers were extremely polite. They were highly knowledgeable and held excellent views. This was because many teachers came to teach students there after completing their training and coursework at BHU and JNU. They held very high ideals. I had to secure at least 45% marks to pass.

I was quite satisfied with my college life. Spacious campus with good infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers were good at teaching and were well-qualified. They helped in extracurricular activities as well. Semester exams were a bit on the tougher side but I went on to get 7.65 CGPA. Teachers taught us the books which not only helped us in college exams but also helped us after that as well.

Review of Dyal Singh College life.

Faculty: My course faculty is very nice and supportive throughout, but when I did my fourth year, no proper guidance was provided to me, so if you are planning to do your fourth year in Dyal Singh College, then I would not recommend it because you are the only one who is in charge of your thesis. Faculty is not very active with you all the way. In the first three years, the faculty is nice and supportive and guides you thoroughly throughout.

Review of Dyal Singh College.

Faculty: I'm in B.Com (Hons), so I can only tell about my course. The faculty is good, some are laid back, but most of them are helpful. Just remember you can't fully rely on college faculty and always have to study at home by yourself. The course isn't very hard you can easily get passing marks by studying 1-2 weeks before the exams. If you want to get good marks, you should study a month before or so.

Welcome to Dyal Singh College.

Faculty: Teachers are not helpful at all. They are qualified and knowledgeable, but they do not understand the problems faced by us. Semester exams are easy to crack. 70-75% of students pass without any backlogs. Extracurricular activities do not really happen in my course, but there are a lot of student-owned societies that conduct extracurricular activities.

Review of Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, but not everyone. They still follow old-style teaching. Some teachers actually say, keep your phones in your bag, or I'll throw them out of the window. Semester exams are easier than they seem. You just need to study for 8 hours before the exam and can easily score good marks.

Review of Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi.

Faculty: Exams are alright and follow a fixed pattern. Questions are often repeated. It makes them easy to crack. Students score an average of 7 GPA without studying much. The course is relevant and has a practical approach. Teachers help with everything possible and also teach beyond the textbook.

About Dyal Singh College and DU.

Faculty: Talking about faculty members, it basically depends on the course you are studying. To be honest, Delhi University faculty members are not equally good in every department, but you can find many good faculty members in this college, as I have experienced. It is not possible that every faculty member is equally good. Try to maintain a respectful relationship with professors. Do not cross professional boundaries, understand the hierarchy, and be friendly with them.

Life at Dyal Singh College.

Faculty: I am pursuing Economics Honors, and the faculty here is decent. Some teachers are really nice and supportive, while some are laid back, so we have to study on our own. Overall, if you are good at self-study, it is manageable because no one follows up with students too much. Solving previous years' question papers is also enough to score decent marks.

One of the biggest colleges in Delhi University.

Faculty: The syllabus is the same, and the exam pattern is also the same across Delhi University. The exam paper and syllabus both are decided by the university. High commission college plays no role in selecting the curriculum and questions. The faculty is one of the best. Professors are knowledgeable and helpful. Different activities are always given to students to make them industry-ready.

Overall a decent college, but the canteen can be better.

Faculty: Faculty is knowledgeable but couldn't teach properly, in my opinion, but the curriculum is good. Semester exams are not that difficult either. Due to my interest in my subject, learning is quite enjoyable. The history faculty even took everyone for an outing.

Review of Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi.

Faculty: Teachers are great, helpful, resourceful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach with a practical approach. It helps us understand how industries work. The semester exams are difficult because the question papers do not repeat every year, resulting in different exam patterns.

Inside Dyal Singh College.

Faculty: The teachers are great, it's like you will find good teachers who will genuinely help you. The curriculum is somewhat relevant to what you will use in life further and I'd say none of the knowledge is useless and will always help you across different parts of your life. The semester exams are good if you study well, overall decorum is maintained during exams.

Poor infrastructure but big campus area.

Faculty: For my course, mostly teachers are helpful and qualified. They make sure that the syllabus is completed on time and properly too. Doubts are taken in the tutorial classes, and continuous assessment is done to help us learn real-life skills. The continuous assessment part is only done by our human resource management teacher.

Facilities are not satisfactory.

Faculty: Faculty for my course is really well-qualified and knowledgeable. They make the academics comfortable for students. The curriculum could be more practical-based. Exams are not very difficult and can be passed easily by any average student. The minimum passing percentage is 4 CGPA.
