My journey at EIILM Kolkata. A solid foundation in business and teaching with room to grow.
Placements: Almost 85-90% of students got placed. As I know every year the ratio is same almost. Multiple finance companies, travel companies, and teaching companies came for placements. Top roles offered in my course were business analyst, IT desk support, and network engineer. The highest package is above 10 LPA and the lowest is 2.4 LPA. 100% of students got the internships.
Infrastructure: The campus is compact yet functional, located in the heart of Kolkata. It may not be sprawling like some other universities, but it makes up for it with accessibility and a tight-knit community vibe. Classrooms are well-equipped, and the environment is generally student-friendly. The hostel setup is decent and basic. It is more focused on functionality than luxury. Mess food is standard decent and hygienic.
Faculty: What I liked about the faculty was that they were easy to talk to. Whether it's about the doubt after the class. Some teachers made the effort to explain theoretical concepts with real-world case studies. The courses are relevant but maybe some points need to improve. They made students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that tough. If you go through all the classes and training then it'll be a piece of cake.
Other: I wanted to go for B.Teach but then I wasn't able to get selected in WBJEE. After that, I wanna pursue a BCA but then I also knew about this course BBA IT & ITES. It attracts me so I chose it. I would say it was worth it man. Besides technical knowledge, you'll also learn business management things. It should be more practical about programming languages than theories. Every year social and freshers events are there. They provide scholarships, I mean then help us to get the scholarships.

A good management college.
Placements: More than 98% of students get placed. The highest package offered by a company is 10 Lacs per annum. The average package is 7 to 8 Lacs per annum. Many companies come for recruitment, like Emami Healthy and Tasty, and Senco Gold, etc. More than 95% of students are selected for internships every year. There are many specializations, like HR, Marketing, Finance, and Business Analytics, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides library facilities. You can find at least one library on each campus. We also have lab facilities, and if there is any problem, you can use the Wi-Fi connection for your lab research. Hostel accommodation is very good. The hostel's location is also good, near the bus stop. They provide quality food with three meals a day. You can also cook your own food; you have that freedom. The college canteen's food is affordable. Medical facilities are also available. A renowned doctor is present three times a day. For any illness, you can get suggestions from him. There is also a common room and a game room with carrom and table tennis, etc.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful. They teach us from the basics in a friendly manner. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable to take care of us. There is a class on soft skills management, group discussions, and SWOT analysis, which makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are a little difficult for statistics and accounting, but theoretical papers are easy to solve. More than 98% of students pass out every year.
Other: I chose this course because my next move is an MBA, and this syllabus will help me in my first year of MBA. It prepares me for how managers work. Internships, industrial visits, and community service, which the college provides, help me to build my network, become a good communicator, and build my personality. There are two soft skills classes a week. If it were three to four, it would be better, but it's okay because it improves daily based on your habits. The college organizes a fest once a year, and then our connectivity also spreads out. Many competitions with other colleges, like dance, drama, and quizzes, take place. You can also get a scholarship once a year.

It is a good place with a combination of education and corporate life.
Placements: Around 80-85% of students were placed. The highest package was around 5 LPA - 6 LPA, and the average was around 2 LPA. Top recruiters were ITC Limited, Jio, Berger Paints, Bajaj, etc. 100% of students got internships. Roles offered were management trainee, HR recruiters, financial analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: We got the best infrastructure, and it was also like the corporate world, so we got corporate-like infrastructure while learning the management course. College also provided hostel facilities which were good for staying here with budget-friendly options.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful a lot, and they behaved like friends. It helped to make students industry-ready. Semester exams were not so difficult. Pass percentage was 40%. The semester exams were really good, and passing the course was not too difficult, it depended on the students.
Other: I wanted to learn management and for that reason I took admission in this college for BBA. The number of faculty can be improved, which will be helpful.

Total review is good but not extraordinary in terms of placement or other aspects for some students.
Placements: The college has an average placement record. The faculty, staff, and security are average as well, which is why the rating is 3 stars. The only positive aspect is that there is no ragging or extra activities on the whole campus, which is a good thing.
Infrastructure: They claim to provide Wi-Fi but fail to do so effectively. The Wi-Fi is only functional for faculty members and does not work properly for students. Despite promises of full Wi-Fi coverage, the network is not reliable.
Faculty: Exams are difficult and the papers are tougher compared to other universities. It requires significant study to pass. The college also provides canteen services, a pantry, and extracurricular activities like cricket, but the overall experience is average.

Placements: The placement statistics in this college for this course is good. Almost 80-90% of students got placed in various MNCs. They are having a handsome amount of salary based on their post and skills. The highest salary package is 6 LPA, the average is 4 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiters are IBM, TATA, TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, AMAZON, etc. Students can go for government sector jobs or their own startups. Many students got internships in various reputed companies. Top roles offered are sales and marketing executive, event manager, customer relationship manager, hotel operation manager, HR, employee relationship manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The college has huge buildings, a playground, faculty rooms, bathrooms, washrooms, and an all-day-long water and electricity supply with Wi-Fi service. Infrastructure of the college is good. All the classrooms and labs are fully equipped. Libraries have sufficient books. Meals are tasty, hygienic, affordable, and offer many options. Separate girls' and boys' common rooms are present. The college provides medical facilities and security. There are indoor and outdoor game options. Sports and events are often organized. The separate girls' and boys' hostels include good and clean bathrooms and rooms, internet service, water supply, electricity supply, etc.
Faculty: Faculty of this college is good. Their teaching quality is so different. They try to focus on students' practical knowledge rather than their bookish knowledge. They are qualified and knowledgeable and they teach everything that is an easy lesson for all the students. They try to focus on each student and try to solve all the problems. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-fit and future-ready. Students need to focus on the classes to pass the exam because exams are based on the practical knowledge of the students. Notes are provided after every lecture. To gain good marks, students need to follow the notes. The semesters are not that hard to pass. The pass percentage is high in this course.

Placements: The placements of the college are good. Almost 90% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package is 6 LPA The average is 4 LPA and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Top hiring companies are TCS, TECH MAHINDRA, INFOSYS, ADITYA BIRLA GROUP, AMAZON, MICROSOFT, etc. All the students are offered internships in various MNCs for a certain period. Almost 90% of them got internships. Salary package depends on the student's skill and expertise and post. Top roles offered are- business development executive, operation executive, business analyst, management trainee, HR, marketing manager, etc.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good. College campus is big. Different buildings are allocated for the different departments of the College. The college have different class and lab rooms for different departments. A computerized library with a lot of collections of books is available. All the class and labs are well maintained and fully equipped. The college has internet access for the use of faculty and students both. College provides basic medical facilities. All the bathrooms are clean and water supply in the college is uninterrupted. The separate girls' and boys' hostel is there. Hostel provides uninterrupted warer, electricity, Wi-Fi and secruty. Indoor and outdoor games are available. An auditorium is present for any meeting and seminar. Playground is available. Annual sports and events are organized. The food quality of the canteen is good, hygienic and affordable, variety of food options are available.
Faculty: The facilities are well knowledgeable and qualified and their teaching quality prove that. Their quality of teaching is so different and good. They try to make things clear practically rather than bookish knowledge. They try to reach out to every student by communication with them in their preferred language if possible. They try to learn things in an easy way that is understandable to all. The course curriculum is relevant and updated. The course curriculum is organized in a proper way that helps students to make them industry-fit and properly knowledgeable. The semester exams are easy to pass by following the class as all the class notes are provided to the students and exams are taken based on that. The pass percentage of the college is good.
