Review of Government Engineering College Ajmer.

Placements: Around 60% of students get placed in my course (Electrical Engineering). The highest package offered in my course is around 9 Lacs per annum, and mostly students get placed at 6 Lacs per annum, while the lowest package offered was 3 Lacs per annum. Many companies do visit, like LnT.

Infrastructure: Campus is equipped with Wi-Fi with average strength. All the classrooms are equipped with smart boards, Wi-Fi, and speakers. We have a central library equipped with Wi-Fi, but all books available are of old publications. Hostel is not available for boys; only girl hostel is present. Sports and medical facilities are average.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, especially for some subjects like Engineering Mathematics, Communication skills, Chemistry, MEFA, etc. All teachers are postgraduates, while some do hold Ph.D. degrees. The difficulty level of semester exams ranges from moderate to a little harder side.

Other: There is no particular fest our college has. Only one fest was organized till now named TARINGINI. The crowd of the college is average. The college is located on the outskirts of Ajmer, due to which its connectivity to the city is very poor.

Many things such as placement and infrastructure are good.

Placements: Placement is average. Almost 50% students are placed. Average package is 4.5 LPA and the highest package is around 12 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Adani genius etc. offer around 4 lakh to 6 lakh packages.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi, labs, classroom and library are good. The library has all the needed books. Hostel is also good, providing all the facilities and also security. Girls hostel is in the campus, whereas boys hostel is not in the campus.

Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant and makes the studies industry ready. Semester exams are easy and the pass percentage is average.

Other: I chose this course because I am interested in it. If you have a good score in 12th grade, and a good score in the semester exam, belonging to backwards society, then you can get a scholarship.

College infrasture is too good, and faculty members are very helpful.

Placements: Approximately 70% students are placed in our college. The highest package is 7lakh and minimum package is 3.5 Lacs. Tcs, infosis, wipro, tata etc. About 90% got internship from tcs, tata, wipro etc. Companies. Web developer, Java developer etc. And there are many students who are directly selected from companies behalf of training.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are too good in this college, and in my course faculty members are very talented. Library and classrooms are well comstructed and there are enough study material in library. Madical feculties are very good, canteen are very hygienic. Sports and games are organised annually.

Faculty: Teachers helps us alot and teachers are highly qualified in my course most of teachers are from nits. Yes this course is relavant and make the student instustry ready. Semester exams are quite difficult pass percentage is 40%. And students required 6 cgp to pass in exam.

Other: I choose this course because I love machines. The best thing ahout my college is infrastructure. Other activities like games and other competitions should organise in college. Scholarships also provided in this college. And extracurricular activities also pursue in this college.

Review of Engineering College, Ajmer.

Placements: Many companies visit the campus with average placements. Almost 70% of students are placed in many top companies like TCS, Infosys, Havells, Bosch, and many more. Students get a lot of opportunities to get placed in top companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good with facilities such as laboratories, library, and sports center. The campus is clean. Library has a collection of books with a Wi-Fi facility. The campus is good and has greenery all around. Each classroom has its smart boards.

Faculty: Students get good practical exposure. Faculty members are excellent and supportive. There is a separate building for each department. Many webinars are conducted for students in this college.

Other: Our college is located on the national highway.

Teachers' knowledge level and their friendly behaviour attract students.

Placements: It is required to a minimum of 75% of marks in 12th and also required to attend JEE Mains to get admission in this course. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The average salary package offered is almost 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies here are Metsow, Intel, Tesla, etc., for our course. In these companies, about 8.5 CGPA is required for an internship programme. It offered a good platform for electric instruments and offered a way to make money in my future.

Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in our college for every student with 5 GB of data per day. All classrooms and labs are very neat and clean for students. The infrastructure of our college and labs is built according to the suitability of students. Facilities are not in good condition in our college, and they are not cleaned regularly. The quality of food served is better and nutritious for students. Different food items are offered day by day. Medical facilities are not available in the college. Some sports and games are organised by the college at the end of the year to create passion in students and make them physically fit.

Faculty: Teachers here are very friendly with students. They are well qualified from reputed institutes. They are always ready to help needy students. They are highly knowledgeable, and their teaching method is very effective. The course is very relevant to us because it makes us ready for industry purposes, which is helpful in our future. It is not tough to pass semester exams for regular studying students. To pass the semester exams, students need to score 6 CGPA.

Other: I have chosen this course to follow my passion for becoming an engineer with the best qualities. It is related to the electrical equipment and wiring system. Teachers have to improve their teaching skills to make them creative engineers. Some events like spot fest and new year fest are organised by the college every year. Some scholarship programmes are also provided by our college. Some other extracurricular activities are conducted in our college.

All faculty members take time for students preparation. Placements are average.

Placements: Almost 35% of the students got average placements. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Almost 50% of the students got an internship, and we can also complete an internship with Internshala. Internshala is a good platform for internships. I would complete internships training in a course in Autocad. Autocad is 3D and 2D drafting in a short time interval.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course are good. All the departments have good facilities like labs, digital classrooms, library and Wi-Fi. Food quality is not good. All the facilities in the hostel are not good. Medical facilities are very poor, but sports and games are moderate.

Faculty: Teaching quality is good. All the teachers help students in the study. Teachers arrange doubt classes for students to improve education quality. Teachers improve education quality through TEQIP, i.e., Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme. All the teachers are good and knowledgeable.

Other: I have chosen this course to gain government jobs.

It is a lush green and eco-friendly campus.

Infrastructure: The college provides free Wi-Fi, highly equipped labs, sports ground, digital classrooms with smart boards, air-conditioned classrooms, high-tech and well-maintained library with thousands of books. There is a newly built cafeteria, and hostel facilities are available for girls with many facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly skilled. Majority of the faculty members are by TEQUIP. They all are GATE qualified, and most of them have done their PG and PhD courses in various streams. Faculty members are highly encouraging and help students in every instance.

Other: Every year our college organises Tarangini Fest. From the last year, they have started organising alumni fest, which gives us a chance to look at the bright history of our college.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty, below average placements and average facilities.

Placements: About 10 students out of 120 students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Cairn India, insurance companies, a telecom company and Genus visited our college for placements. A top role offered to the students is an executive engineer. Some students from our course got an internship. In Cairn India, only 1 student got an internship. Some students got an internship at MNIT Jaipur and NIT Kurukshetra.

Infrastructure: In our course, our college provides 20 classrooms and 10 lab rooms. But labs are not fully equipped. All instruments are in bad condition, and they are not able to repair them. Wi-Fi facility is not available on the campus or department, but the computer lab is equipped with internet facility. Our college provides a central library, but our department does not have a separate library. The hostel facility is average and very poor in cleanness. Quality of food served is average, and sometimes it is not good. Canteen facility is available. A medical and health care facility is also available on the campus. Sports and games like cricket, basketball, badminton, racing, kabbadi, etc., are conducted on the campus.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They are not so interested in teaching. Students do not want to go to classes, and professors do not want to conduct classes. They all are just doing formality. The course curriculum is very old based. Our department does not conduct industrial visit for students.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in the electrical field from my secondary school and their working of various components and electricity production. The best thing about our course is that electricity is the basic need or survival for all the other fields and human beings. I wish the college should conduct classes regularly, professors and students should come into classes. Faculty members should completely teach the course. Labs should be provided with the equipment. Various events like technical, cultural and sports are organised on the campus. Campus crowd is about 2,000 students. Campus connectivity is good, but not the best. Our campus is surrounded by plants, trees and industries. Scholarships are provided to the students who belong to the BPL category. Sumedha scholarship is provided to all meritorious students.
