NIELIT Ajmer offers multiple Certificate and UG Diploma courses. Students must pay a one time non refundable registration fee of Rs.500 that should be paid through CSCs and online method. The fee structure for the NIELIT Ajmer courses ranges across INR 125 to INR 33,000. The total fee structure, if seen on an average, isn't too costly. The total fee structure for Course on Computer (CCC) is INR 2000 for 80 hours. The fee for NIELIT (DOEACC) 'O' Level (Software) for 1 year duration is INR 12,500. The total fee for Industrial /Summer Training (Java) is INR 5000.

NIELIT Ajmer extends BE/BTech in Computer Science and Engineering (Internet of Things, Cyber Security including Block Chain Technology) course for a duration of 4 years. The fees for this course consists of Tuition Fee, Development Fee, Security Deposit (refundable), Institute Fee, BTU Development Fee and Exam fee. With the course fee being INR 50,225 for the first semester.

NIELIT offers a total of 16 UG Diploma courses. NIELIT Ajmer courses across the UG Diploma level range from a duration of 350 to 1598 hours.  Some of the UG Diploma courses at NIELIT Ajmer are Advanced Diploma in Computer Hardware Maintenance and Networking (CHM - A Level ), Diploma in Multimedia and Animation Technology (O Level), and others. Both NIELIT are affiliated with the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology. While NIELIET Chennai offers 7 courses in 2 streams, NIELET Ajmer offers 19 courses across 2 streams. NIELET Ajmer offers courses across Electronics, Computer Science and Information Technology and related disciplines while NIELIT Chennai courses are offered in Information Electronics and Communication Technology (IECT) viz. VLSI Design, Embedded System, Networking, Information Security, and IT Applications. The higher fee structure lies on the NIELIT Chennai’s part which makes NIELIT Chennai slightly more expensive than NIELIT Ajmer.

Yes, admissions to the M.Tech (AI and Data Science) course depends on entrance exam scores such as GATE as well as CCMT counselling. Students must meet the cutoffs with the Last Round Gate cutoff for General AI in 2025 being 357. While the First and Last round closing scores being 397 and 357, respectively for the CCMN counselling process.

NIELIT Ajmer offers BTech and BTech Integrated courses based on JEE Main scores. Candidates having valid JEE Main ranks will be allowed to take part in JoSAA counselling rounds. The admission to BTech and BTech courses has been started through JEE Main. Additionally, the institute has released the Round 1 seat allotment result wherein B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Internet of Things, Cyber Security including Block Chain Technology) closing rank stood at 47166 for the General AI quota.

Moreover, the JEE Advanced Counselling 2024 was conducted in six rounds for admission to the BTech and other UG courses. The JEE Advanced Counselling Process includes steps like registration, choice filling, and paying the counselling fee. Candidates will then be called for document verification, where their eligibility and documents are verified. Based on their ranks, candidates are allotted seats in their preferred colleges and courses. So, it is expected that the JEE Advanced Counselling 2025 will be conducted till 6 rounds of seat allotment. Candidates who are allotted seats in each round of JoSAA 2025 Counselling will be required to choose the options from Freeze, Float or Slide.
