An overview of D.Pharma(Doctor of Pharmacy) course.
Placements: 30 students are selected for a batch. The course fee is about 202000.
Several recruitment opportunities are provided by our college. Internship program conducted in the NIMS hospital Araalummoodu TVM. Those who have completed the 5th year of course are eligible for the 6th year internship program.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and libraries are well maintained and updated. Hostel facilities are up to the mark. Per month, 5,000 hostel fee is there. Canteen facilities are available. Medical facilities are available, like first aid kits and other paint killers, OTC medicine, etc. Sports facilities are available.
Faculty: All teachers are very supportive and they even try to motivate us in our academics. This course curriculum is very relevant and molds us to perform in the medical services. A main exam is conducted in a year of 70 marks maximum. Students should attain a minimum mark of 35 to pass out each subject.
Other: I like medical services. So I pretend to select this course. It provides a wide variety of medical services, such as clinical pharmacist, chemical analyst, teaching field, etc. A national scholarship scheme is available for the selected individuals in the amount of up 25000 per year. The selected individuals without any back papers will get the assured amount from the national scholarship scheme. Sports facilities are available.

The premier pharmacy college.
Placements: Placement statistics are not available, but about 30% of students in a batch are placed in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and industries. The names of the companies that recruit are not known. Some examples of companies that recruit include Mylan Pharma in Bangalore and Kerala State Drugs and Pharmaceuticals in Alleppey. The top roles offered by the course are pharmacist and chemist.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities at my college is good. The campus is spacious and surrounded by greenery, which makes for a pleasant learning environment. The classrooms are well-equipped with projectors, making lectures more interactive. The library is well-stocked and provides a conducive atmosphere for studying and research. The canteen serves good quality food, and the college organizes sports and games every year.
Faculty: They were very helpful, both academically and personally. They were highly qualified and had a lot of insight into their subjects, which helped me grasp their teaching. The course curriculum was relevant and prepared me for jobs in the hospital and industrial fields. The semester exams were not difficult because the questions were straightforward and taken directly from the syllabus. The pass percentage in each semester was above 70%.

The college has excellent infrastructure and facilities, with good placements in the past.
Placements: Around 95% of students receive internships with top recruiting companies for B.Pharm. It includes Cipla, Sun Pharma, Zydus, Mankind, and Parexel International. Around 80–90% of students secure internships with companies like Sun Pharma, and some even receive stipends. Top roles offered include Drug Inspector, Pharmacist, Medical Representative, Clinical Research Associate, and Quality Control Analyst.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped. Laboratories have specialized equipment. There is a central library with physical and digital resources. Wi-Fi is readily available across the campus. Some departments also have dedicated research and tutorial blocks, media, or language labs. It has access to specialized equipment like that found in a Central Instrumentation Facility.
Faculty: Teaching quality can be assessed by looking at teachers' subject matter expertise, communication skills, and teaching methods. Effective teachers also demonstrate qualities like patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability. Research suggests that formal teacher training and experience positively influence teaching quality. Other factors like subject-matter knowledge and individual teaching style also play a crucial role.
Other: I chose this course due to a strong interest in the subject matter and a desire to acquire specific skills relevant to my chosen career path. The best aspects include the depth of knowledge gained, the practical skills developed, and the opportunities for specialization. Areas for potential improvement could include increased opportunities for hands-on experience. It focuses more on emerging technologies within the field.

It is a good pharmacy college that offers good courses and placements.
Placements: Our college was started more than 7 years ago. Top roles offered in this course are in manufacturing medicines and prescribing doctors medicine for treatment.
Infrastructure: Our campus is average but has a very good atmosphere. Canteen is very good that provides sweets, snacks, and meals before 4:30 PM. It offers B. Pharm and diploma courses. Our college has 4 floors. On the top floor, a big library is available. There are good labs for all the subjects. Classrooms have projectors for good learning and a good infrastructure. Hostels are good, neat, and clean. They served good Kerela-style food items. There are separate bathrooms on both floors.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are friendly, helpful, and experienced. They give their best to teach students and motivate them very well. Semester exams are difficult. Students have to score a minimum of 15 marks out of 60 marks to pass exams but 2 hours is not sufficient. Students have to study well to pass the exams.
Other: I chose this course for a bright future and because of many scopes to get placed abroad with high salary packages. Our batch is very good and everyone is friendly. Improvements are not needed in our college. Arts day, sports day, annual day, and Holi are celebrated in our college. Our college fee is 2 LPA. It is a 6-year course.
