Faculty of Law BHU LLM course is offered as a one-year and two-year programme divided into semester patterns. It is a full-time course. The selection for the LLM course is based on the candidates' CUET-PG scores. For selection to LLM at the Faculty of Law BHU, aspirants must fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
Eligibility Criteria: Aspirants who have passed three-year LLB after graduation of five-year LLB recognised by the Bar Council of India with at least 50% aggregate can apply for LLM.

The admission process at the faculty of law begins with CUET-PG registrations for the LLM course. Admission is entrance-based for the postgraduate level programme. The steps involved in the Faculty of Law BHU admission process are CUET-PG registration, selecting BHU as a preference, appearing for the exam, shortlisting, counselling, seat allotment, fee payment, and admission confirmation. STEP 1: Faculty of Law LLM Application Process 2025
Before filling out the registration form, candidates must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements. The CUET-PG application process is carried out in online mode. Candidates shall enter all the details correctly in the application. It must also be submitted on or before the prescribed deadline.
STEP 2: Selection
In the next step, applicants who selected BHU as a preference are shortlisted based on CUET-PG scores. A cutoff/selection can be published by the university. Candidates who meet the cutoff criteria become eligible for participation in counselling.
STEP 3: Counselling and Seat Allotment
The selected candidates then need to take part in counselling. It is necessary to take part in this round for seat allotment. There are a minimum of 37 and maximum of 74 seats in BA LLB (Hons) course of Faculty of Law BHU. Candidates are offered seat in the course based on CUET-UG score.
