My honest review of this college.
Placements: There are various internships offered for the students by the teachers and faculty. Also, various companies offer internships for students which also provide stipends to students. From the last semester, students become eligible for the campus placement. There are many companies that offer a placement with an annual package for the students. Interviews are held by the companies for the selection of the best candidate for placement. They offer 2 LPA to 3 LPA to students.
Infrastructure: It's a very good college with a wonderful campus and also my course is very good. There are good facilities, classrooms, laboratory facilities, etc. Overall, it's a good campus but not a great one. In the college, different hostels are available for boys and girls. There in hostels are classified based on programs. There are UG programs and PG programs. Different hostel is allowed. The hostel is well-structured and in a room, only two persons are there. In the hostels, free Wi-Fi is available. The students get good food and atmosphere. The labs in the department offered students to work in the lab and learn new things.
Faculty: Faculty members of my college are simply awesome. We have different faculty members for different subjects in different semester. All of them are talented and give us proper teaching. They also have good behavior and attitude while interacting with us. The exam structure is very strict. The exams are in the respective allotted classes. I know it because I got my degree also from Farook College. Now it's my 4th year at Farook College. It's an autonomous college so exams are conducted by the college.

The best college of my life.
Placements: The placement drive begins for students in their second year of college. Companies like HDFC Bank, Tata, Flipkart, etc., visit our college for placements. Around 5-10% of students get placements every year. The average salary package offered was 16 LPA, and it is so good.
Infrastructure: The hostel has primitive rules and congested accommodations. The food is good for vegetarians but they will not serve non-vegetarian food. The hostel consists of a large mess that can serve 500 students at a time to dine. Students can register through the department. The hostel rent is just Rs. 7,000 annually and the mess fee is Rs. 2,000 per month which is affordable.
Faculty: The relevance in the new era is limited because most of the courses follow the primitive and competent for new modern technology. Even some departments like rural development and M.Tech which are unique and self-sufficient courses at the end of the semester have exams.

I like the approach of faculty members towards students.
Placements: Internships start from 5th semester and 1-month internship is compulsory for all students. It is paid and experience of students for the final placement is provided by companies for the job. There are 80% chance of placement and students who get CGP over 8 can apply for the placement. The minimum salary package provided to students is 4 LPA and highest salary package offered is 84 LPA by companies such as Google and Amazon for placement.
Faculty: Faculty member and student ratio is very good and friendly which helps to learn more. I like all teachers that come to my class. I don't dislike any faculty member here. There are 2 mid-exams and one-semester exams for each subject, along with lab exams for both mid-term and semester exams. Maximum everyone passes easily.
Other: Campus life is very memorable because everyday programs are conducted which make us more attached to the college and create positivity. Most of the program in the college is conducted by different clubs which helps to mold our thoughts and views.

Teachers are very supportive..
Placements: The placements are pretty good up here. The average package offered is 2-5 Lacs per annum and the highest package offered is 9-25 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies for the course are Larsen, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Around 70% of the students get placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. We have a central dining facility where we have food. We also have a very huge library, and self-study center. Classrooms are equipped with modern technology. We have a separate labs for practical work.
Faculty: The faculty members are also good here. All of them hold a doctorate degree in their particular subjects, also they are very helpful. The concept of faculty advisory is very helpful for the students. The train the students in a way that they become industry ready.

All the good facilities are given to students.
Placements: Students who are in the last semester of their course were eligible for campus placement. The university has a separate placement cell for placement in different companies; here, the majority of students get placement in very prestigious companies with an average package of 3 lakh per annum.
Infrastructure: Farook College is one of the biggest residential campuses in Kerala. The college provides about eight hostels for girls and boys. The hostel's infrastructure is really good. It provides a gym facility. The hostel rooms are pretty good, with five people sharing. One of the major problems in a hostel is the network issue. The rentals of the hostel should be paid monthly, with the money ranging from Rs 4500 to Rs 5000. The hostel facility is easy to access for students. Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year.
Faculty: I'm very fond of learning about the various living creatures wondering around us in the world. So I was admitted to the M.Sc. Zoology program. 7 associate professors and 1 assistant professor are in the Zoology department, which makes the ratio 8:40, i.e., 1:5, means 5 students are under one professor. It is available, which is so impressive. All 8 professors have completed their Ph.D. in different subjects of Zoology. From this year on, the exam scheme has changed from yearly to semester. So it will be quite difficult for us to pass the exams now. Class size:-56

Our college provides good facilities.
Placements: Placements were offered to both UG and PG students in this college. Many companies visited our college for recruitment. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Few students opted for higher studies.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms were very good. There were 4 hostels for girls and 3 hostels for boys. The students who need admission to the hostel could register with an admission fee. The menu and meal quality were adjustable. The hostel fee was Rs 30,000 per year.
Faculty: The ratio between teacher and students was 1:15. All teachers were highly qualified. The teaching quality was not good. They always clarify our doubts. The written examination was for 3 hours and included 6 subjects with 1 optional subject. Exams were conducted strictly. If we studied well, we would score good marks during exams. There were 70 students in our department. The course fee was Rs. 70,000 per year.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it.
