If students want to prepare for the competitive exam then can take admission to this college.
Placements: Placements of mechanical engineering were not good, but computer science engineering placements were good. Around 90% of CS branch students were placed in reputed MNCs like Ericsson and TCS during our time. Top MNCs in the field of IT used to visit campus for recruitment but the mechanical and aeronautical condition was not like that.
Infrastructure: Library of this college was top class partially air conditioning and lots of book research papers were there. Students can spend their time productively over there. Laboratories were not good because of the low fund by the government, but classrooms were good. Hostel facilities were good and Wi-Fi was enabled on the campus. Medical facilities were also good and one ambulance was available, and a weekly doctor visit.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, and they support students for competitive exams. Their teaching quality was appreciable, and the course curriculum was relevant. It makes students ready for industry. Semester exams were moderate, students can easily secure good marks studying before one month of exams.
Other: The campus life was not like that of metro cities colleges.

College with affordable fees.
Placements: Placement is good for CS branch during my time 80% of CS students were placed in ericsion, tcs with decent salary for fresher but for mechanical it wasn't like that I think one or two students were placed because they learn programming during 4 years!
Infrastructure: Fully Wi-Fi campus and hostel! Top class library partially air conditioning and classroom infrastructure is good too! But the food in hostel in not so good but canteen have good food with decent price. All the time ambulance is available. Doctor used to visit weekly in hostel during my time.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful they motivate you to study for higher studies and competitive exam because they know placement of mechanical is not good. Course are relevant and also some of the elective subject run by university for specially industry purpose. Semester exams are easy. You can easily pass by 10 days of preparation before exam.
Other: Life in campus is not like that of metro cities.

If you are searching for a college with a low workload, then it is one of the best.
Placements: Our college provides 90% placements in the CS course. EC and mechanical placement are not good. Most of the students prepare for higher studies or government jobs. Some students opt for coding jobs. Top recruiting companies like TCS and Erosion visit our campus for placements. The machine in charge was a lead role offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. The library is good, so I love to study there the whole time. Classrooms are also good here. The hostel facility is good. Facilities like Wi-Fi, water and everything is perfect here except for food. We always used to complain to the warden regarding food. Medical facilities are good. It provides an ambulance facility in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful in every aspect. They used to help us. The course curriculum is relevant to industry needs because we get an industrial visit every semester to learn about the industry culture. Semester exams are easy, and you can easily get decent marks with just one month of study.
Other: I have chosen this college because it is very affordable and I have to prepare for other exams, so basically, the workload is very low here.

Satisfied with the teaching quality but not with lab facilities.
Placements: The placement scenario is good for computer science engineering, electronics and communication engineering, but for mechanical engineering and aeronautical engineering, the placements are not good. TCS, Sony and many other top firms visit for recruitment, and even government companies organise recruitment drives here.
Infrastructure: The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The library is very good and has lots of books, including novels, magazines etc. The hostel fee is average and affordable for middle-class students. The facilities are good, but there is a problem with food as it depends on the contract of mess.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in every aspect. They even support you for industrial training so that you can get ready for jobs. Semester exams are not much difficult. If you study whatever the professor teaches you, you will definitely score a good CGPA.
Other: We can say that the campus life is good because of the location of the college.

Placements from 2013 to 2015 were good.
Placements: Students have scored a maximum of 85% in their overall course. Top recruiting companies are Infosys and the Indian Army. Some top roles offered in our course by companies are mechanical engineer, maintenance engineer, production department, robotics department, etc.
Infrastructure: Computer labs and library are good than our prediction. Wi-Fi was pretty good in our hostel than in college labs. Hostel mess food was very bad. The canteen was not established at that time, but now they have a canteen where every student can spend some time with their friends.
Faculty: Every teacher was not capable of satisfying every student's concern, but 3-4 teachers were very helpful. The course curriculum should be changed because some chapters are not useful in our future. For becoming ready for the industrial field, they should update those faculty members and also study materials so that students can improve their skills as per the current industries requirements.
Other: The theory should be less, and the practical part should be more so that students can know what they are learning and how to use it in their future career or education.

Average placement, lot of opportunities.
Placements: Placements are a bit low due to the tier 3 township establishment. Only TCS, Wipro, Airtel, Rohit SURFACETENT ACC cement, etc. Comes for campus recruitment. Students go for off campus recruitment drive and the placement of the college is around 55 percent. Yes, our College provides for internship and also it gives recommendation letters to those who want to do an internship of their own choice. Most of them get the internship. Many even get into good post as well. Average package is 3 lac and the highest one is around 4 lack. Overall it is good. Many of our friends focused on GATE over placement.
Infrastructure: Hostels are like any state government College. Filthy and poor infrastructure near like slums. Poorly maintained government hostels. But you have come here to study and make the most out of your precious four years. So it's irrelevant, the hostel infrastructure. The only thing matters, at last, are you having a job or going to prestigious institutes for higher education. By the way, our institutes try to help the best for a student. We have continuous Wi-Fi internet connectivity in each hostel of about 2 MBPS speed. Each hostel has water purifiers and coolers and water heaters. There are eight boys hostel and one mega girls' hostel. No power cuts. We have an infirmary and 24 hours of ambulance services. Anything needed by the student at any hours is best provided by the institute.
Faculty: Faculty is good, qualified, experienced and focused to give their best, they are interactive in class session and standard of teaching is good. The faculty here is very experienced and talented in teaching their courses. They are much interactive but are surely knowledgeable and helpful. The standard of teaching is still old fashioned as teaching is still done by chalk and duster. Course curriculum is good, we learn a lot here, first logic then there application or practicals in lab, and it is a practical course, research initiative is taken by the college, but they do it from time to time. The alumni network is quire good as an alumni meet is organized every year where we interact with our alumni and spend time with them.

Review of Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: I am from the batch 2017 of mechanical engineering. Only 10% of the student got placed through on-campus placements. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. TCS, Wipro are the top recruiting companies. Software engineer trainee, software engineer, etc., are the top roles offered to students. Only 5% of the students got an internship in TCS.
Infrastructure: Labs were available but not in a very good condition. The library is equipped with all the books, but sometimes they are a shortage of books. The hostel was bad, and the food served in the mess was also bad. The medical facilities were fine, but sports and games were not encouraged here.
Faculty: Some of the teachers in our college were highly qualified and knowledgeable. They were helpful and provided good guidance. The course curriculum is not relevant, and it does not make students industry-ready. Many things can be improved in the education system.
Other: I have chosen this course as it is an evergreen course. There should be more practical exposure. Fests were organised in our college. Scholarships are also provided here.

Dissatisfied because of less seriousness in college.
Placements: None of the students get placement from college. Most of us prepared for GATE and some got job from outside source. If you are looking for college placement, there is no scope. This may be because of mechanical branch. In computer Science and electronic communication branch, mass recruiter such as tcs and wipro come.
Infrastructure: At that time there was Wi-Fi facility. Some labs was not in good condition even there was seriousness regarding to attending lab. Some faculty members of my department were good. Library was not upto the mark. Even hostels were not good an food was extremely bad.
Faculty: Come teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. They were teaching good. According to me course does not help students to get industry ready. You have to prepare by yourself more rather depending on faculty members. College does not provide any sort of placements.
Other: Because of my interest in mechanical design I choose this branch.
