The good faculty are helping in 2023 to get the placement of students.
Placements: 56% of students are placed in every course. 5.5 LPA - 2.5 LPA is the package for the students hired from campus drive. Amazon, Genpact and more biotech companies collaborate with colleges for the selection of students for their placements. 8.2 in Rine X and other laboratories where students were placed. Sales executive, laboratory management, data analyst, web developed, quality assurance, and quality control etc. are the roles that have been offered to students.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are good, Wi-Fi, library and lab are available. The hostel room is very good and the food is best with a good menu. Mess and canteen are good in hygiene, medical facilities are available 24*7. Sports and games are also available. The college campus is full of greenery very beautiful campus with a good environment the staff are available to clean the campus and hostel every day.
Faculty: Ph.D. graduate faculty is very helpful and polite to students having knowledge of their subjects. Yes, the course curriculum is very relevant and the industrial visit and training also help students industry ready. The exam is not tough at all minimum of 33% is the pass percentage.
Other: The scope of the course is why I chose biotechnology. The pd class, and human values classes help me to make a better person. Every year every student gets government scholarships. Many events are happening in the college. Every year fests are organized by DSW department.

Department of biotechnology in G.C.R.G. Memorial Trust's Group of Institutions.
Placements: The placement facility in GCRG, Biotech Department is very appreciating. As I am from the first batch of the biotech department in the college, I got a very good chance to face the companies like BPL, GeneTech and Aroma Pvt Ltd.
I am placed in the biotech park as an Assistant Manager in Adhita Biosciences Pvt Ltd, and I am earning very well here.
My other colleagues are also earning well in different companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is green and eco-friendly as it is Surrounded by mango trees and a garden. One can feel a relaxed moment here. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned and a Wi-Fi facility is also available.
There are separate hostels for both boys and girls which are fully equipped with facilities like Wi-Fi, a separate study room, a dining room, a playground etc.
There is also a facility of gyms for boys and girls.
The canteen of the college is also very good as you will get each and every dish you need.
I never had to face any issues regarding infrastructure here. The washrooms are always clean and tidy. The classrooms are well-maintained with proper ventilation.
Faculty: The faculty team of the Biotech Department is well qualified and also is
Net-Gate qualified. They are having a good practical as well as theoretical skill here. Every year, more than 60 students are taking admission per branch, and the biotech department is a top ranked branch among all the other branches of the college.
The students' and teachers' hard work bring them to the 100% scores.
The course curriculum is very useful as it covers the full syllabus and one can crack the competitive exams like GATE etc by studying the whole curriculum.
There are co-curricular activities also done in the department like conferences and workshops to give the students more chance to explore. The faculty members here are very sincere, hard-working and cooperative as well.
