Supportive faculty, decent placements, but needs better industry exposure.
Placements: Placement rate is about 70% in B.Tech. The highest package offered is around 11 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. The average package offered is 4 LPA. Cognizant, IBM, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and HCL are top recruiting companies. Usually, 100% of students get internships in big-named companies like HCL and IBM. Infrastructure: CS department labs are very good with updated systems and LAN facilities. The central library is air-conditioned and has approximately 70,000+ books, along with printout and photocopy facilities. Wi-Fi is present only in some parts of the campus like the library and presentation rooms. Boys’ and girls’ separate hostels, mess, canteen, and medical room are present on the campus. Hostel rooms are okay, but the mess food is not okay, it doesn't taste good. Wi-Fi is present in the hostel.
Faculty: Faculty is good and very helpful except for some. The college follows the AKTU curriculum, which is outdated. It doesn't make the students completely industry-ready, you have to put in extra effort yourself. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty. If you attend classes and prepare from notes, it's manageable. The pass percentage is fairly 95%, with most students clearing exams with decent marks.
Other: More hands-on sessions and project-based learning would really help. Abhivyakti is the college fest that happens annually, celebrity nights like concerts also happen.

It is good for those who want to study not for those who want to live like movies.
Placements: Placement rate in our college is about 67%. The highest package in our college is about 7.2 LPA which is offered by QSS Technosoft and the lowest is 2.8 LPA, and the average is around 4 LPA. Top recruiter is QSS Technosoft. Data analyst is the most offered course in our college.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi is available but there is no smart board in class they have a smart class lab. Some of the faculty are not well known for their lecture so you need to do self-study more. There hostel price is a little bit overpriced and the mess food is good for the first few months.
Faculty: They are well-qualified but some of them are not so good, especially CS department faculty. They are not relevant according to industrial requirements so you need to gain that knowledge by yourself. Exams are very difficult and copy-checking in AKTU exams is very difficult.
Other: B.Tech in CSE in this college is NBA certified and this is renewed this year. Regular events on coding and fests have been organized on the campus.

Placements: Around 70-75% of students get placed. The highest package is 48 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Global Logic, Infosys, and Accenture hire students. The top roles offered are software engineer, software developer, web developer, and data analyst. 70% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: General maintenance like the college maintains a good infrastructure, with clean classrooms, labs, and corridors. For Wi-Fi connectivity, there is a little issue. Hostels separate and well-furnished hostels are available for boys and girls equipped with essential amenities. The college building has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot. It also offers water purifiers and water coolers. The canteen is spacious.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified. Many teachers are PhD holders. They are experienced and knowledgeable with a focus on providing students with industry-relevant knowledge. The teaching quality is considered good. The course curriculum is designed to be relevant to the needs of the industry. Students are considered almost ready by the third year. Two quizzes are held weekly along with surprise quizzes. The difficulty level of the semester exams is the same as the university exams.
Other: I chose this course because of a combination of factors including personal interests, career aspirations, and the perceived benefits of the chosen field. My campus should have a better placement cell, which enhances placement preparation, addresses classroom comfort, and course curriculum alignment, and encourages research. Events like one Abhivyakti and an induction program are organised. Sports like basketball, tennis, and kabaddi are provided.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the placement in 2024, really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I am from the 2024 passed-out batch, and at that time, very few companies arrived at SRMCEM, which is why I could not get my placement. At that time, only 40% of my B.Tech CSE course students got placed. The highest package was 8 LPA, the average was 3 LPA, and the lowest was 2.5 LPA. The top recruiters of my college were SAP, Paytm, and Infosys. 20% of students got internships at HCL Tech and TCS. The top roles were Software Developer and Software Testing.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good. The hostel rooms were very good, and the food in the hostel was awesome, and daily different food was provided to students. The medical facilities were also there in our college in F block, and all sports and gym facilities were also there for students. Sports fests were organized annually in my college.
Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified. All of them had done Ph.D.s. The teaching quality was very good, and the course curriculum was always relevant. From the third year, students were almost ready for the industry. In my college, there were two quizzes weekly, and surprise quizzes, and the difficulty level of the semester exams was the same as the university exams.
Other: I chose this course because, at that time, it was the trending course, B.Tech Computer Science. My course provided students with all the knowledge of the IT sector regarding software and hardware. The knowledge was most trend and needed. I wished placements had been better. The number of events should have been increased, like having a celebrity fest. The campus crowd was good enough, and there was a good environment. Scholarships were also available for students. In extracurricular activities, there were many clubs and communities in which students can participate.

Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
Candidates must have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or appearing in 2022.
There is no age limit for the candidates.

Final examination of the 2-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the NDA.
SSC Examination conducted by the NIOS with a minimum of 5 subjects.

2021 onwards Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow will be using the score sheet of JEE (Main) for admission instead of UPCET (Earlier UPSEE).

Yes, you can get the college but try to get a better one like RKGIT or IMS.

No, you need to qualify for UPSEE. There are no mangaement quota from year 2017 as per AKTU guidelines.
If you have qualified UPSEE you must contact college officials and proceed for your admission .
Also , you can get admission through counseling of AKTU through JEE Mains.
