Good college with supportive faculty, good opportunities, and a pleasant campus environment.
Placements: GNITS provides good placement opportunities. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment. Students are offered roles mainly in software, engineering, and other technical fields. The college also provides placement training. It helps students improve their technical, aptitude, and communication skills. Internship opportunities are also encouraged for gaining practical experience. The placement opportunities are good. Getting a good package mainly depends on the student's skills, preparation, and performance.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure. It includes well maintained classrooms, computer labs, a good library, and laptop-only Wi-Fi (no mobile access). The campus is small but peaceful. Hostel facilities are decent. Both the mess and canteen serve only vegetarian food. However, non-veg can be ordered on Sunday. Sports facilities are also available. The infrastructure and hostel provide a comfortable environment for students.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Teachers are approachable when students have doubts. The curriculum is relevant. It covers both theoretical and practical skills. It helps students prepare for the industry. Semester exams are moderately difficult. They can be managed with regular preparation.
Other: I am pursuing B.Tech CSE, 2025–2029 batch. There are not many major events throughout the year. But WLC is a big annual fest conducted by GNITS. The college has many clubs. Students can explore their interests, improve leadership skills, and gain knowledge. There are also good sports opportunities. It includes participation in various tournaments across various colleges, along with small events. The campus crowd is good. The overall environment is pleasant.

The college provides good sports and placements.
Placements: Around 85 percent of people were placed in CSE. The highest package was 51 LPA, the lowest was 4 LPA, and the average was 11 LPA. Microsoft is the top recruiting company. Around 75 percent of people got internships in companies like Deloitte and S&P Global. Mostly, students get Software Engineer roles like SDE and SWE in big companies.
Infrastructure: We have a good library that allows us to issue books, and Wi-Fi is poor. Only Jio works well, while Airtel users struggle a little with the internet. However, inside the library, we get Wi-Fi. The hostel and food are fine. In the canteen, we get vegetarian food. Sports facilities are great. They freely teach you if you are interested in learning.
Faculty: A few faculty members have 20+ years of experience. They help us a lot with exams. The curriculum is also fine, but a little hectic due to many labs in the first year. Semester exams depend on how you study. The pass percentage is 80+. They help us clarify our doubts whenever we ask them. We can approach them whenever we want without hesitation.
Other: I chose this course as placements are good. We get competitions like hackathons and ideathons frequently through invitations from other colleges, and my college also conducts them. Fests are very rare, like once every 2 years. Scholarship opportunities are also available depending on need and merit.

Satisfied with opportunities that the college gives us, but need an improvement in infrastructure.
Placements: Almost 90 percent of students are placed. As far as I know, the highest package is between 60 LPA and 70 LPA, the lowest package is between 5 LPA and 10 LPA, and the average package is between 15 LPA and 20 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Flipkart, Wipro, and Amazon. Almost 60 percent of students get their internships from different companies.
Infrastructure: Quality and quantity of food in the college canteen is moderate. The price is reasonable, but hygiene conditions are low, and it doesn't provide a wide range of options in snacks. The packaged food is limited and boring, we do not have pizza, burger, pasta, or something like that, and everything available is vegetarian.
Faculty: Semester exams are moderate to tough, the invigilation is tough. Most of the subjects are traditional. They need to be modified according to the present job market. Teachers are helpful but some of them don't provide soft copies of notes. The average percentage is 8.8.
Other: The college conducts very few fests. It provides a wide sports activities for hostelers.

Good college with decent placements.
Placements: This college is widely known for its strong placements. I have heard from my seniors about it too. Most students get placed. The highest package is around 52 LPA. Internships are provided from year 3, and very few are provided from year 2. From what I have seen, placements are solid.
Infrastructure: There are multiple labs on the campus. Although it is not very large, the location is a perk. The mess and canteen food are purely vegetarian and manageable. Sports like volleyball, kabaddi, badminton, and basketball are available. Students can enroll for coaching after college hours.
Faculty: As far as I have seen, students can always find resources in the library or look them up online. Faculty is pretty decent. The pass percentage is good here, so semester exams are not very difficult. Like other state colleges, the curriculum is relevant, but you cannot completely depend on it.

My college has good infrastructure and an environment.
Placements: Placements in our college are quite good, and many students get opportunities through the campus. 80 percent of students get placed every year. The top roles offered are software engineer, data analyst, and associate engineer. Good companies like Service Now hire students from the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the course is overall good. Classrooms are well-maintained and suitable for regular lectures. Labs are properly equipped. The library facility is good, and Wi-Fi is available there. However, Wi-Fi is limited only to the library.
Faculty: The course curriculum is relevant and structured well. Exams are moderately difficult. However, faculty members in our branch CSE (this) are not very supportive. Their teaching quality is poor, which affects the overall experience. Everything else is good except the teaching.

Decent placements and infrastructure.
Placements: In my course, i.e., CSE, 82 percent of students are placed. The highest package is 58 LPA, and the average, the lowest packages offered are 9.5 LPA and 3 LPA, respectively. Top recruiting companies for the CSE course are Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and JPMorgan. About 75-85 percent of students got internships in companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Cohesity, Salesforce, etc. Top roles include software engineers, data scientists and AI/ML engineers.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in our college for CSE and other courses include Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, sports and games. The quality of facilities in the college hostel is decent. The food available in the mess is also not bad, and in the canteen is above average, with reasonable prices, and only pure vegetarian food is available. There are medical facilities in hostels, and those who are day scholars can also access those medical facilities. There are very good sports facilities in our college. Sports like Volleyball, Throwball, Badminton, Basketball, and Table Tennis are highly encouraged.
Faculty: Teachers are all quite helpful. They are qualified and knowledgeable. I find that there are very good teachers. The teaching quality is very decent, I must say. I don't know much about the course curriculum as I just completed my 1st year, but based on our seniors' opinion, the course curriculum is quite helpful. Semester exams are not too easy but are of a decent level of difficulty. As far as I know, the pass percentage is 92-95%.
Other: I chose the course for good placements, and the best thing is that they give us placement training from the 2nd year onwards. I don't know. I am satisfied with the current facilities. Events are many. But fests are not many. There are only one or two major events, and other minor fests may take place. The campus is located exactly in the centre of the city. Extracurricular activities like sports are highly encouraged.
