GNITS offers a PG leve M.Tech course for a duation of two years. To apply for this course, candidates have to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. GNITS offers AICTE approved Mtech programme at PG level. Course is offered in 5 different specialisations from which students can choose from. Following are the specialisations students can choose from: Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Computer Networks and Information Security (CNIS-IT), Digital Electronics and Communication Engineering (DECE), Power Electronics and Electrical Drives (PEED) and Wireless and Mobile Communications (WMC)

Direct admission at GNITS is only possible through Management quota, which is categorised under Category "B" admission on the official website. Candidates can pursue BTech and M.Tech courses in a full-time mode. The admission to this category is subjective as per the college norms and done as per the guidelines mentioned by TSCHE, Hyderabad.
