The college has very good facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: Last year in B.Tech Civil Engineering, about 24 students got placed out of 60, which is quite good. Almost all students who participated in college placements. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest package is 3.4 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Wonder Cement, Larsen and Toubro [L&T], Siemens, etc. Also, some other private companies offered good job roles. Internships are plentiful in our college and also in our batch. Every student gets at least 2 internships. The top roles offered were maintenance engineer, civil engineer, transportation engineer, production engineer, etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities are excellent, except for the Wi-Fi, as it's just terrible. Classrooms are well-equipped, with good studying space. The library is also very good. Hostel rooms are quite smaller than expected. Besides this, everything is fine. This is a ragging-free campus, and Gujaratis are always friendly by nature.

Faculty: Not all teachers are very intelligent and knowledgeable, but some of them are just great. Their teaching quality is acceptable, and there are no strict rules regarding attendance. The course is also updated and trains the students in every way to get industry-ready. As the course is updated every few years, it's a little hard to pass the semester exams. Due to the good teaching faculty, 70% of students pass with no backlogs.

Other: As this is a Tier 1 college, there are a lot of opportunities here. Also, a strong alumni network plays a very important role. I have chosen this course because of my family business. Also, Gujarat state has a lot of opportunities in the infrastructure field. I don't think that there is anything that needs improvement in my course, as the university itself focuses on giving good skills and knowledge. A lot of events happen for 1st-year students. But from the second year onward, the department trains students for their jobs, businesses, startups, and other goals. The placement cell should focus more on inviting good companies.

Our college provides good infrastructure.

Placements: Students were not placed in our course. Only one company visited our college to offer placements with average salary packages. Internships were not offered to any student. Recently, students from IT and computer science departments got good offers.

Infrastructure: Labs are well-equipped with suitable instruments. Library is well managed with plenty of books. The canteen serves food at affordable prices. Sports ground is poorly maintained throughout the year except during a two-week sports fest.

Faculty: Faculty standards could be improved. Most of the professors in our college were new to teaching and imparted very limited knowledge to the students. The course curriculum was outdated and should be updated. Mid-semester exams were difficult to pass, so students should work hard.

Other: Fests are the identity of this college as many celebrities from Bollywood have performed in tech and cultural fests that are organised in our college every year. Our campus is small and it is located in a remote location from Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad.

Admission is easily available and average salary package is good in our college.

Placements: Around 110 students were placed in my course and 80-90% of seats were filled when I took admission. The highest salary package offered was around 9 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was around 1.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was around 5 LPA. Around 60% of students got internships the previous year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and atmosphere of the college are good. Free Wi-Fi is provided by college but its not available everywhere on campus. Classrooms have good air ventilation and air-conditioning facility is provided in labs. Opportunity in sports is given by college but sports faculty is not good.

Faculty: In our college, faculty members are qualified from good colleges and universities. They are knowledgeable. The course is relevant after 1st year. Exams are quite difficult as our college comes under GTU. Passing percentage is 40%. In the final year, students get industry-ready.

Other: I was interested in CE and CE is always in demand as it is an evergreen course. More subject-related curricula should be there in the 1st year. Events, fest, etc., are held every month in our college.

I am not satisfied because of faculty members, and no placements for 2014.

Placements: There were no placements in our college, and no salary packages were offered. This college does not provide placements, then how can the company visits to hire students. No internship for civil engineers. They don't even try. It was the worst college for placements. Students can choose the better college for them.

Infrastructure: In this college, Wi-Fi was available, but every student need to beg for a password. Laboratories do not have the proper equipment. The classrooms were good but no air-conditioner facility was provided. The library was good, but not many books were available. There was no hostel facility. The canteen was also not good, and no medical facilities. No space for sports and games.

Faculty: Faculty members do not care about student's futures. Teachers don't know the fundamentals of civil engineering. Poor quality of teaching and students do not understand how they will pass masters. They took students to industry visits but not worth it. The internal exams were politics games. They only care about those students who support teachers.

It is a good college for studying and enjoying life.

Placements: In our college, around 60% of the students get placements. The highest salary package offered by Byju's is 10 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 3 LPA. Internships are provided on our campus in companies like UltraTech and Sparking Stark's.

Infrastructure: All the facilities required for students are provided like free Wi-Fi access, labs for every subject for practical performance, big and good classrooms. Every sport is available like cricket, football, kho-kho and kabbadi, and all outside games and also indoor games are played in our college regularly.

Faculty: It is easy to communicate with faculty members, and they always help with every topic whenever we need it. Every faculty member has qualified with a master's degree in their subject. The course is designed by Gujarat Technical University, and it is fair enough for us.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am always eager to learn. In civil, there are always new things in the study, which ultimately helps us. I think improvement is needed for practical knowledge as compared to theory.

It is a below-average college.

Placements: Most of the time, placement drives were not conducted in the college. However, talking about my seniors, the lowest salary package offered was 2.25 LPA. Some of them also got salary packages of about 6 LPA. Most of the students are happy with the college.

Infrastructure: Regarding infrastructure, the college has a very intense environment. It is surrounded by trees and open ground, which offers a feeling of freshness. The college is surrounded by factories. There are lots of gardens nearby. The campus is very hot during the summer season.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are not that good at providing the study materials. I am not that happy with the faculty, and also they are not that professional. Sadly most of the faculty who had excellent knowledge left the college. The college is not good regarding the faculty.

The best placements are offered. Infrastructure is good.

Placements: The college provides very good placements. Around, 90 companies visit the campus every year and offer wonderful jobs. 60% of the students were placed. Many major companies like Byjus, TCS, Vishal Infrastructure, and Yogi Industry visited our college.

Infrastructure: All the facilities required for the engineering students are available on campus. There are well-equipped labs and classrooms. Quality of food is average, and it is the only issue that students face. No other issues regarding the infrastructure can be found, particularly in the civil engineering block. The library in our college is the most attractive place. Sports ground is available in an abundant area. Wi-Fi facility is provided for the academic use.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are highly qualified, and all of them have completed masters from highly reputed colleges. They are very knowledgeable and smart. The teaching quality varies from faculty to faculty, but overall it has been better nowadays. The faculty members are very helpful and can help you at any stage.
