It has a good college environment and campus.
Placements: About 20 to 30% of students get placement. The highest salary package is 10 LPA and the average is 3 LPA. Byjus, TCS, Raywell studios, etc., are the recruiting companies. About 10% of students get internships in Ray Well, Metadata, etc. Electrical engineering, design, control, and implement electrical systems and products are the roles offered. We need to develop manufacturing processes according to global engineering codes and standards, manage engineering projects and deliver them on time.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the college, labs are very good and helpful having high voltage engineering labs a. Classrooms are having a projector in each room. Almost all types of resources are available in the library.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful like friends to you whenever you go to them they explain you very well. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable and their teaching quality is excellent. This course curriculum is relevant and makes the students industry ready. Semester exams are a bit difficult and the passing percentage is 33%.
Other: I am very interested in this field and my father also suggested this. So I chose this course.

I am dissatisfied with placements.
Placements: Only 3-4 students were placed from the batch of 60. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA. None of the students got an internship from college. There is no support from the placement cell. Students were offered to work in a factory or to sell the company product. They focus only on attendance. Around 75% of attendance is mandatory, and they do not allow students to write exams if their attendance is below 75%.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, library, classrooms are provided on our campus. Quality of labs are good, but the quality of food served in the canteen is not good. The college does not provide hostel. Facilities of sports and games are also provided. I did not face infrastructure related issue during my tenure at the college.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching was good. The classroom teaching method was used. The student to faculty ratio was 60:1. We got industry exposure and every year there was one industry visit. The course curriculum was average.

Overall, GIT is a good college to study if you want to gain good knowledge.
Placements: Placements depend on the course chosen by a student. In GIT, CS and IT students mainly get placed and also the mechanical students. There are no placements for electrical engineering students this year. Mostly, sales companies are recruiting students from our college. No core electrical company has visited the campus for placements this time.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good enough and has all the required facilities. All the departments have separate buildings which have lecture halls as well as all labs. Labs are well-equipped with the latest instruments and facilities. There is also an auditorium which can accommodate around 600 people at a time. A canteen, playground a and parking facilities are also available in the campus. Overall, the infrastructure is good.
Faculty: The college offers bachelor and master courses. Faculty members are very good. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They will help you to enhance yourself in engineering. Overall, the faculty members are good.

The institute has the best management and faculty, and great infrastructure.
Placements: Many reputed companies like L&T, TATA, Torrent, Havells, and many more visit the campus to offer placements. The placement rate was around 60% last year. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA and the average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Overall, the placements are good but not 100%.
Infrastructure: Our institute has the best infrastructure. It's located in a very peaceful and natural area. The college provides Wi-Fi service. The library is equipped with all the necessary books. Classrooms and labs are equipped with all the necessary machines, computer, projector etc. The institute has a sports ground. There is a large canteen which serves the best quality food at reasonable prices. The infrastructure is the best when compared to other colleges.
Faculty: The institute has highly qualified faculty members for every subject. Faculty members have a minimum of 5 years of experience. They have completed masters in their field from well-known institutes like Nirma, PDPU, DDIT, and MSU. They provided us with theoretical knowledge and also industrial knowledge. The institute provides a maximum number of faculty members considering the subjects and students. Faculty members in our institute are very helpful, and their method of teaching is the best as it includes the practical explanation and examples.
Other: Mainly, we celebrate two functions, i.e., technical function and cultural function. The technical function is organised at the state level, and many technical events are conducted. Students of other colleges take part, and rewards are given to winners. The cultural function is consistent and has all the fun events and prom night celebration with a famous personality. Meet Bros, Raftar, and Sachin-Jigar were invited to the college last year. Around 1200 students are studying in the institute. It also provides the best scholarship for bright students.

An average college to be honest.
Placements: Placements in the college are not that good. Some IT based companies have come for placements in core electrical. There are no technical jobs offered according to students branches. Students can't get their dream job through the college because most of the IT-based organisations don't need EEE or civil engineers.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. There is a Wi-Fi facility with poor internet connections, and the classrooms are okay. The lab and library facilities are somewhat good. The college area is too small to call it a college. Washrooms are not good enough in some departments, but renovation is being done, so I guess they will be good.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members are too good in their subjects, but some faculty members are not even up to the mark in their subjects. They can't even explain the topic to students. The syllabus is completed, but only some parts of the subject are taught.
Other: Events are organised in the college, and extracurricular activities are good and awesome at some point. But some things make events extra fun and crazy as well. The college campus is very small and not sufficient for all the students to move comfortably, and that is a negative point of the college.

This is not engineering college, this is a engineering school.
Placements: Many companies visit to recruit the students of computer science and IT branches, but there are fewer companies visit for the students of ECE and Electrical field. There are only a few companies visit for the students of mechanical and civil branches. So, there are many unemployees are produced, every year. This is what we would like to say to the principal of the college, "please watch other branches".
Infrastructure: All the facilities are provided in this college, but the water is only available on the ground floor but not on the first and the second floors. This is a problem in the summer. The students are allowed to use only the books of the library, but not their personal books. This is a disadvantage for the students. Please provide the site visit in every semester.
Faculty: In this college, all the faculty members are good educated. They help in their fields, and they will help with, out of the syllabus subjects as well. This faculty always comes after time and complete syllabus as per the GTU standard. The faculty members meet every student personally and ask his/her's problem.
Other: All over college is good, but 75% in attendance is compulsory in this college. So, we can not enjoy our college life properly.

I have explained whatever was my experience through last 3 years in my college.
Placements: Yes, our college offers good placement to the students and moreover many of the students who really want to have a job in technical field they all are selected in the placement. For not only placement our college provides 21 day internship to you this will be more and more helpful in the last year for all. Placement cell of the college works their best and also tries to make each and every students must join to the company in the last semester.
Infrastructure: My college have 2 Wi-Fi. One is GITWIFI which is reserved for only students studying in the college in this you have to sign in with your login I'd and password provided by college to access the internet and if you forget that then uptill you reset it, you can use another Wi-Fi. If I say about infrastructure then there were 4 blocks (A, B, C, D). A is for admin & mechanical, B is for electrical +MBA, C is for computer, IT, civil, D is for rest like library, so no worries to get musguide. If you are first time in college than also you can find each and everything. Canteen is sepereted from all the blocks and have delicious food available at not much high rate. Sorry but no hostel available in college campus but nearby there is housing colony where many students stays from the college.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are not just qualified but they are experts in their subjects. Many of the faculty members are teaching in the same field since 10 years so you can imagine how good experience they have. There in one problem that we have chalk board instead of having marker board but hope it will be changed over soon and moreover every classroom have one projector on which faculty shows the respective presentation on the topic during lacture time. In every semester college takes student for industrial visit without any charges and I am in electrical engineering and I have visited many of the powerplants like adani, vadavi, wind plant and many more during past 3 years.
Other: If I say about events than in each year there were major events like "ratri before navaratri", " techfest", "one day fitness", "drug abuse", etc. And they also invites celebrity on these type of events like neha kakkar, raftar, and many already visited our college.
