Gargi College - A home you grow into.
Placements: Placements are decent, not top-tier DU level. You won't get 20 LPA offers, but solid roles are possible if you're proactive from year one. Companies like Deloitte, EY, Wipro, TCS, and startups recruit here, with average packages of around 4-6 LPA. I got placed at 5 LPA, so it's achievable if you build skills outside class too. 40 percent of my class students got placed at companies like EY, Deloitte, etc. The top roles in my course have mainly been from marketing, HR and auditing.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is solid in Gargi's Campus. The campus is green, clean, and not overcrowded like North Campus. We have well-maintained labs, especially the Google labs for tech and data courses, a good library, and decent auditoriums for events. The canteen food is affordable and actually edible, and there is enough open space to just sit and hang out between classes. It's not a fancy private college setup, but it's functional, well-kept, and safe.
Faculty: Most of the faculty are doctorates and actually help if you're serious. They're strict in internals, though, so you can't sack off. The Google labs are a big plus for practical learning. The course is NEP, therefore, very relevant. The semester exams aren't very hard. You can easily pass by studying the night before, but you have to pass in the internals as they're pretty strict about it.
Other: Being an all-girls college, there's this instant sense of comfort and camaraderie. You're not completing or holding back - people actually support each other. The crowd is diverse, from Delhi locals to students from all over India, and it's easy to find your group. There's less pressure, more genuine friendships, and you feel safe moving around campus, even late during fest season.

A must-read honest review by a Gargian.
Placements: Around 80-90 % students are placed overall. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Bajaj, ITC, and many more. Roles offered are finance, analyst, consultant, etc. In my course, the placement is around 40-60 % with an average salary of 4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: I think campus infrastructure is excellent and aesthetic, and there is Wi-Fi provided in labs along with air conditioning. Classrooms are well maintained at some instinct. The food at the canteen is pretty average. There are many kinds of sports played in college.
Faculty: School faculties and teachers are so good, and they provide us with the best knowledge. There are many skilled development programmes also introduced in college for the development of students. Semester exams are nice up to our knowledge. The passing percentage is high in college.
Other: Gargi has a different vibe and beauty at the festival. I bet you will enjoy it.

Decent infrastructure, wonderful greenery, good sports facilities, and average/excellent placements.
Placements: I'm from commerce department, so placements are average and better than those of Science department. Average package of Gargi College is 4 to 6 LPA, which could be up to 22 LPA depending upon individual skill set and practical knowledge. Students bag good internships in our college as the placement cell often conducts seminars on how to build a proper resume and upskill yourself in college life. Top roles offered in my course are audit assistant, consulting assistant, sales and marketing assistant, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Gargi College is decent, with well-organized classrooms, an AC Auditorium, and Wi-Fi connectivity near library. However, to access the password, you need to show your ID and verify it at office. Gargi College has a small campus as compared to North Campus colleges, so we don't have a hostel facility. You can apply for PGs nearby. Sports facilities are good as we have several sports like tennis, cricket, aerobics, yoga, basketball, and volleyball. Usually, sports quota students get benefits, and general students can also apply.
Faculty: Faculty of our college is good, especially commerce department and science department. Course curriculum is relevant for industry, but you need to inculcate required skills and practical knowledge in order to ace excellent roles. Semester exams are easy because they are designed for average students also, so that they can pass. Take help of your teachers and seniors to prepare for exams.
Other: I chose this course because I want to build my career in finance and business industries. It would be great if more options were available for sec VAC GE, seats often get full very early. You need to alert as soon as the portals open to fill your preference. We do have a good fest season, but boys are not allowed on the campus except for participants for safety purposes.

Faculty members of Gargi College in the commerce course are very experienced.
Placements: So the placement cell of our college is very active. Top recruiting companies for our course are Deloitte, KPMG, Bank of America, and Zomato. Roles offered are related to audit, consulting, and business development. For internships, roles offered are human resource development and a telecaller.
Infrastructure: Gargi College does not provide hostel facilities, so students prefer to live in PGs or apartments. There are separate departments such as commerce, science, and arts. The quality of food available in the canteen is moderate. Nescafé has some good options.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. The teaching quality depends on teacher to teacher. Some teach on a board, and some use PPTs. The difficulty level of semester exams for B.Com is high for accounts-related subjects, but moderate for theory exams.
Other: Gargi College conducts an annual fest named Reverie, and it is worth attending.

Good college to gain exposure.
Placements: The top recruiters are Big 4 companies Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and Accenture. The highest package for last year's batch offered was 25 LPA. Average package was 8 LPA and minimum package was 3 LPA. 70% of students got internships from the B.Com course and in top companies. Roles offered are marketing, finance, auditing, etc. It also offers placement cell for internships and jobs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure available for my course department is very good and it is admirable. College offered various facilities-Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, canteen, Nescafe, ground, and more. It doesn't provide hostel facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable for B.Com program. Students also feel cooperative and motivated only because of good staff. This course is relevant for students because it provides knowledge of all domains of commerce. It makes the students industry-ready.

Best woman college of Delhi University.
Placements: I guess 40-50% of students are placed in B.Com program. The highest package offered by the college is 25 LPA - 30 LPA. Average if I talk about is 7 LPA - 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for B.Com course are Amazon, KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, etc. Students above 8 CGPA are considered for placement interviews.
Infrastructure: Gargi College has fine infrastructure. It provides Wi-Fi, computer labs, canteen, classroom, labs, library, placement cell, auditorium, seminar hall, ground, CCTV cameras, etc. There is no hostel facility. But students can stay in PGs near the college approximately 7-8 minutes of walking distance.
Faculty: Teachers of Gargi College are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Every tutor has a different method of teaching. This course is less relevant compared to an honors degree. Students of B.Com program have to do any post graduate degree after graduation or any professional course for high package.

It is a wonderful college and safe for girls.
Placements: Very few students from my knowledge get placed in my college. The highest package is 72 LPA. There are more than 100 internship options for students from every course every month, which helps students. The top role offered to students is civil service. The lowest package ranges from 3-4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Classrooms are spacious. The college provides working Wi-Fi in the library and offices. There is an e-library in the college as well for students. The canteen serves good meals for students at a very reasonable price. There are other facilities as well.
Faculty: Teachers are very skilled, qualified, and knowledgeable. They not only provide us with book knowledge but also encourage us to look around the world and gain practical knowledge. Assignments and practices they make us do give the best exposure. The college makes students industry-ready for sure. The pass percentage is 60%.
Other: Gargi is known for its Splendid fest.

Good placement rates, poor grievance redressal system, nontoxic environment, decent infrastructure.
Placements: My seniors were placed in excellent companies. Around 37 students were placed in EY, similarly in Deloitte and other companies. The highest package was around 22 LPA and the average is around 4-5 LPA. Students can easily get internships here starting from the first year itself.
Infrastructure: Classrooms and library are average. The labs are very nice. Since the construction of the new academic block is completed from the Next session the infrastructure will be a lot improved. However, the building is not very well constructed and needs renovation. The college is working on improvement.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The study culture here is nontoxic and peaceful. Professors are not very rude and arrogant. They focus on the studies well. Sometimes you may feel overburdened especially when you are going for Science courses, but for other courses, there's a reasonable timetable.

You can include physical education but 2.5 % may get deducted per additional subjects when included in best 4.Physical education is your main subject , but it has no relation with b.com courses so it would be treated as additional.
