Many top companies like Metacube, TCS, Wipro, and Infosys visit our college every year for placements.

The worst thing is that they placed a B.Tech student in a marketing job, So the college only focuses on placements, not on the future of students.

Good placements and learning environment with supportive faculty.
Placements: In our course, around 90% of the students were placed through the college placements. The highest package went up to 18-20 LPA, while the lowest was around 3-4 LPA. The average package stayed between 6 and 7 LPA. Companies like Secure, Micron, TCS, Infosys, and Wipro were among the top recruiters. Almost 90% of the students also got internships in Jaipur with reputed companies, which helped in gaining industry exposure. The top roles offered were mostly in software development, VLSI design, embedded systems, and IT services.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is fairly good, with well-equipped labs, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi-enabled campus, and a rich library for both technical and general studies. The hostel facilities are decent, with proper study rooms, sports facilities, and medical support available on campus. The mess food is average but hygienic, and the canteen provides better options. Sports grounds and indoor games are available, and hostel rooms have the necessities like beds, study tables, and Wi-Fi. Though there are some flaws, overall, the facilities are satisfactory and supportive for student life.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified, helpful, and approachable, which makes the learning experience better. Most teachers explain concepts clearly and support students beyond classroom teaching. The curriculum is updated and industry-relevant, including practical labs and project work, which prepare students for placements. Semester exams are moderately difficult? Students who attend classes and study regularly can clear them easily. The pass percentage is generally high, but scoring good grades requires consistent effort. Overall, the teaching quality and curriculum make students industry-ready.
Other: Considering the fees, the college provides good value for money. With placements above average, strong internship opportunities, decent infrastructure, and supportive faculty, the return on investment is justified. Students get exposure to various opportunities that make the overall fee worth it.

B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering - Batch of 2028
3.2

The infrastructure and facilities are good at the college. Some faculty members need to be changed.
Placements: About 40% of students get placed in the college. The highest package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.2 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Secure Meters Limited, Wonder Cement, Jk Cement, etc. Internships are based on students' CGPAs, and students should look for internships on their own. The top roles offered are maintenance engineer, production engineer, electrical engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is just terrible. Classrooms have good facilities. The library has only books for the course. Hostel facilities are decent enough. The college is strongly connected to public buildings like hospitals, a police station, etc. Sports are available for 1st-year students. But we will not get time from the second year to play sports.
Faculty: Not all, but some teachers are very helpful for studies. Some teachers are very qualified. The RTU course curriculum is outdated, and no one can get placed by just studying the RTU course. Semester examinations are not so hard if we study one week before exams. Almost all students pass examinations.
Other: An electrical engineering course is offered to me at this college. In some other branches, I chose electrical engineering because it's an evergreen course. There is a lot of need for modification and updating of things in this course.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of teachers, good placements in 2025, and average infrastructure.
Placements: Almost every student gets placed at GITS who have sat in placements. The highest package for B.Tech is 11 LPA. While the lowest is 5.5 LPA. The average package at GITS is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Secure Meters, Larsen and Turbo, and other less known private companies and startups. Students get internships on basis of CGPA and self research.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is just for show, it's not usable. College library has no useful books, and many books are old copies. Wi-Fi in college is the worst, you should have your own internet. Facilities are not good. Hostel boys have always problem with accommodation. Canteen food is average.
Faculty: Not many teachers and professionals are helpful. Teachers are strict. Course is outdated, you cannot sustain yourself by studying just RTU course. Semester exams are just formalities, and they don't ensure your placement. 50% of students get backlogs in one or more subjects each semester.
Other: Electrical engineering is a stable branch. There are very few students in electrical engineering so less competition. Events happen but not in this college, they are organised at Geetanjali University which is also owned by owner of GITS.

Geetanjali is the pathway of success.
Placements: The placement percentage of my college was approximately 90%. The lowest package offered in my course was 3.6 LPA. The top recruitment companies included TCS, JMB, Infosys, Secure Meters, etc. The top roles offered in the course were Automation, Software, and Hardware.
Infrastructure: There were many infrastructures available in the college, such as Wi-Fi, Innovation Labs, Computer Labs, Library, Sports room, etc. The hostel was well-furnished, and they make a student-friendly environment. The food was also good, and there was the availability of a canteen.
Faculty: Teachers were well-qualified and knowledgeable, and their teaching quality was also too good. They made students industry-ready by tying up with many companies. The semester exams were not so hard if you worked hard and prepared well, if you did not, then they can be a little bit hard.

I am satisfied with the college because of the faculty. They provide support and guidance.
Placements: Placements are currently ongoing with 60-70%. They are placed in reputed companies. The highest package is 8 LPA in the MBA program the lowest is 2 LPA and the average package is 3-4 LPA. Companies like WoodenStreet, Indxx, Gateway International, Secure, Wonder Cement, TCS, and many more visit our college to recruit students. More than 90% of students got an internship from college. Top roles offered are finance executive, HR, management trainee, and marketing executive.
Infrastructure: There is availability of digital and professional classrooms with Wi-Fi. Need to include more relevant books as per the curriculum designed by the university. The hostel is average, the food quality is not appropriate. Sports and games are available in our college. They provide proper medical facilities but canteen needs more products.
Faculty: Our teachers are always supportive. They are qualified with the required and additional degrees. The course is relevant but needs a little bit of improvement to enhance students. The difficulty of semester exams is okay but understanding how the checking of exams in finals is a slight difficulty. The pass percentage is 80%.

Dissatisfied with the student section. Otherwise, everything is bearable.
Placements: About 30% of students from the last batch (2027) were placed. The highest package is 8 LPA. The lowest package is 3.2 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. Top recruiters were Secure Meters Ltd., Pinnacle, Wonder Cement, Larsen and Toubro, etc. 50% of students got internships in the 3rd year. Internships in college are based on CGPA and self-exploration. Top roles offered were maintenance engineer, production engineer, matlab operation, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and services are good, like medical facilities. Classrooms are good, but the library has only course books. The Wi-Fi at this college is terrible. The mess food is average. Sports are not accessible for the 2nd year. Many sports tournaments happen in college.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are knowledgeable and helpful, but they don't have teaching skills. Also, teachers are very strict. The RTU course is outdated. Students cannot get placed by just studying the RTU syllabus. Semester exams are not so hard if you study for 1 week before the exams. Almost every student passes the semester exams.
Other: I have chosen the Electrical Engineering course for a government sector job. It has the highest number of government vacancies every year. There is a lot of need to update and improve the course curriculum. Many events happen in the 1st year. The scholarship department/student section is very rude and not helpful.
