GITAM School of Technology BTech courses are offered in certain specialisations. BTech courses is given for the duration of four-years, and divided into eight semesters. The course is given by institute in full-time mode, which means classes in regular mode.

- Additionally, such students must sign a waiver form if companies require more than 60% in Intermediate or 12th grade for placements.

Up to 20% of the approved intake is eligible for merit-based scholarships from GITAM, with 50% of the students being eligible. First-year applicants who score in the top 3,000 on the GITAM Aptitude Test (GAT) are eligible to apply for a GITAM School of Technology BTech scholarship on a "first-come, first-served" basis. The JEE Main, AP EAMCET, and TS EAMCET scores are also taken into account by the institute. Only candidates who receive a minimum CGPA of 8 points or higher in their first year will be eligible to continue receiving the same scholarship in subsequent years of the course.
