Life in GMRIT, Rajam, is both fun and enjoyable.

Placements: About 85% students are placed in my course every year. The highest package is almost 39 LPA, average is 6-8 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Amazon, Accenture, and TCS recruit. Almost all the students in my course got internships from MNC companies like TCS, etc. Full stack developed, back end developed, and 1 student from IT department only got a free internship in Paris and got a job with a package of 39 LPA in cybersecurity domain.

Infrastructure: Our college has one of the largest infrastructures near the nearby villages. Almost all labs have Wi-Fi connections and well-maintained and clean classrooms in every block, and have a central library with an abundance of resources. Coming to hostel the food is of average quality, apart from it, we have the biggest sports arena in the college itself.

Faculty: The faculty supported and encouraged participation in hackathons, night events, and inter competitions. Curriculum is made according to that year by predicting future trends. This for that year. The semester at our college is very easy, not tough to pass.

Other: It's in my interest to join in choosing, as this teaches grown-up skills in the current trends. Nothing to improve, and our college has almost 10-15 clubs created and run by students only.

Very good according to all the aspects a college should have.

Placements: Best placements for our seniors with the best packages in good companies. The average package is 4 LPA, whereas 40 LPA stands as the highest package. Various roles, including web development and front-end development, are the major roles our seniors are currently working in.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure and overall building in college are amazing, with daily cleaning. The cleaning staff makes sure that all the classrooms and staff rooms look clean with feel-good fragrances, and even the washrooms are maintained with cleanliness, which enhances personal hygiene.

Faculty: Most of the faculty have pursued Ph.D. and earned the doctorate before their name, with many years of experience in the teaching field at very prestigious institutions. They have completed their M.Tech in IITs with a good GATE percentage and deliver the classes with lots of interest.

Other: All the activities related to students are managed by the student council, and most of the events are organized with lots of interest and enthusiasm.

There were companies like Infosys and Cognizant, which are the top companies. There are fewer internships that companies offer; it was 10% below. GMRIT is good for placements, infrastructure, facilities, and faculty members in 2025.

Placements: Recently, in my college last year, 70% got placed, whereas normally 85% are placed there. In my course, information technology recruiting companies are Cognizant, Infosys, etc. Recently, the highest package is 42 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The maximum students got internships in my college.

Infrastructure: In GMRIT, the facilities and infrastructure are good. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in my college. Hostels and lawns are there. Classrooms and labs are comfortable, and the library is very good in my college. Hostel facilities are good, food is average, and sports and games are available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful to students every time, and there are qualified teachers, well-educated, professional, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also good. The students are very active to be industry-ready. The semester exams are moderate, not too tough.

Other: My course is perfect for me, they are teaching me web development and AI, and I'm telling that IT is perfect for web and software development. I need to study external subjects more in my academic studies. In GMRIT, events are held like Stepcon, annual day, freshers day, sports day, teachers day, etc. Extracurricular activities are available, like gym, sports, and clubs like singing and dancing clubs.

GMRIT offers excellent infrastructure, modern labs, and a good learning environment.

Placements: At GMRIT, 55% of students are placed in IT branch. The highest package so far is 40 LPA, and average package is 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys and Cognizant. Internships from top companies, may be 50%. Top roles offered like full-stack and web developer roles.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available. LAN is available. Classrooms are okay. Labs are very good. Infrastructure, library volumes, so many volumes are there. Hostel is good, food is also average. In GMRIT, sports arena is very good/ Sports infrastructure is better in state wise.

Faculty: Faculty members are average at teaching. Curriculum is not relevant to industry skills. Some CRT classes taken in 3rd year, so it will help us with our placements. Semester exam is difficult, regular is easy, and supply is very tough. Pass percentage is 80%, overall very well in exams.

Other: Fee is very low, so I joined here. A lot of opportunities and placement support are available. It requires improvement in faculty, courses relevant to industry, and improved teaching. Fests are very low. It gives Rs 10,000 as a scholarship for merit students.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as options or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, or any other examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with the mentioned marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or equivalent along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000 onwards.
