Candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry(PCM) as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from academic year 2000-2002 onwards, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidate must have scored minimum mentioned marks in the subjects specified (PCM) taken together at 10+2 pattern. (40% marks for candidates belongs reserved Category in the subjects specified (PCM) taken together at 10+2 pattern). Appearing candidates for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with same above subjects, are also eligible.

Examinations of minimum three years duration with the mentioned marks (45 % marks in BC Category ) in aggregate from a recognized Institute/ University. The qualifying degree obtained by the Distance Mode Program/ Open Distance Learning (ODL) should have recognition by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB as per UGC Regulations of 2013. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis. The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as on the date of notification (Candidates whose date of Birth up to 30th MARCH, 2004). No maximum age limit.
