GIM Goa Admission Process 2025
GIM admissions usually begin in January. Candidates need to first register for the course of their choice. Once applied, aspirants will be able to participate in the selection rounds. Check below the step-wise GIM Goa admission process:
1 - GIM Goa Application Process 2025
The mode of application is online for all courses. Candidates need to pay a non-refundable application fee as mentioned below:

2 - Selection Rounds
GIM admission to the PGDM course is based on XAT, CAT, CMAT, GMAT scores followed by face-to-face evaluation and profile assessment index. GAAT is conducted for admission to PGDM BDA and PGDM BDA + MSc Business Analytics programmes. Admission to the FPM course is based on XAT/ CAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ JRF scores followed by a PI round.
3 - Merit List and Admission Confirmation
After the completion of selection rounds, the institute releases a merit list. Selected candidates receive an admission letter. Such aspirants need to pay the GIM Goa fee to confirm their seats in the institute.

GIM Goa Seats 2025
Goa Institute of Management seat intake differs for each PGDM specialisation. Candidates can get a seat in the programme based on their score in the entrance exam. There is no reservation in seats for any category. Below is the GIM Goa seat intake:

GIM Goa admission process requires candidates to follow some steps such as registration, selection rounds and admssion confirmation. Candidates need to qualify national-level Management entrance exams for admission to GIM courses. GIM Goa offers full-time FPM programme at doctoral level. Candidates need to complete a master's degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent to apply for GIM FPM programme. Aspirants need to complete and submit the online FPM application form along with a statement of purpose and a brief research proposal.

Admission to GIM Goa is strictly on the basis of merit and no donation in any form is sought or accepted in connection with admission. There are no reservations for Goan candidates, but for personal interview selection, the qualifying cut-off score of the competitive exam may be lowered by up to 15 points for candidates of Goan domicile/origin.
Students who apply for withdrawal on or before Jun 30 of the admission year, receive full refund of the academic fee after deduction of INR 1,000 as processing charge. Additionally, there is deduction from the hostel fee based on the duration of the stay of student in the hostel. Students withdrawing from the course after June 30 of the admission year are not eligible for the refund.
Yes, Goa Institute of Management offers a two-year PGDM course in hybrid mode. Candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate and at least three-years of work experience are eligible to apply for GIM Goa Hybrid PGDM.
