Very good college for Engineering, with good placements.
Placements: The college had a very good placement record during our time, as almost 90% of students from all branches, including civil engineering, were placed in good companies. The highest package offered was INR 10 LPA by Byju's. The average package was almost INR 4 lacs per annum. The prominent companies were TCS, HCL, Byju's, Cognizant, Persistent, etc. Internships were done by 60% of students from college.
Infrastructure: Being a government college, the college has a very impressive infrastructure, fully equipped with all the necessary facilities. Wi-fi is also present in college. Computer labs and workshops also have all the necessary facilities and instruments. The college library is a good source of study material for exams as well. Hostels are present for both girls and boys. The food, however, is not very good. The college also organizes various sports activities.
Faculty: Very good faculty members with a very good educational background and very appreciable teaching experience. Courses and curriculum are always updated regularly. The curriculum is very relevant to industry needs. The exams are often very difficult for students to score even passing marks. Passing percentages are 40% overall, including theory exams, practicals, vivas, and assignments.
Other: I must say, I had a very good campus life in college. All the fests and events are so grand and impressive that you would never dare to skip them. Sports are organized once a year. Other extra-curricular activities includes seminars, orientations, social campaigns, etc.

I am still in college, and placements are going on with good companies.
Placements: This year 2025, almost 200 students have been placed. Interviews are still ongoing. The basic package offered ranges from 2.5-12 LPA. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, HCL, etc., visit the college for placements. Students are also doing internships in companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys. The top roles offered are software developer and engineering in data science.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good. We also have a smart board, a hostel, and Wi-Fi. We also have big labs and the library. The quality of food is decent in our canteen. We also have doctors in our hostel, premises, and a playground.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good if we are seriously learning. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. When we go to some industry to visit, sometimes we know that we have done this or we know how it works. Exams are difficult in college. If we have not done practice, we might get back on paper. The pass marks are 45 per subject, and the total marks in exams are 70 per subject.
Other: I chose this course because I want to live a good life. I am trying to hustle right now so that in the future I can get whatever my parents and I wish. Things that should be improved are timings of the class, and we literally get exhausted. We have also done freshers. The campus is good.
