It is a good college with placements and faculty.
Placements: Most of the students who are above 70% are placed in our college placements. The average salary package they are getting is about 2 LPA. Top recruiters are taking placements in this government polytechnic in Mumbai, so many students are getting internships in the college itself. 
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our college is good, with good facilities for the students who are taking seats here. Our college also has facilities like free Wi-Fi, good labs are there with lab technicians, and there is a big library with a large variety of books. Hostels provide good food and medical facilities.
Faculty: Teachers in our college who are working here have good subject knowledge and are experienced here. We have good teaching quality and they are providing good industrial skills for students. Exams here are easy because we have good skills and practical knowledge, so getting good marks is easy for us.

It is the best teaching college.
Placements: Around 20% of the student got placements. The highest salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered is Rs. 7,000 per month. Top recruiting companies of our college are Bajaj Auto, General Electric, Pune, Infosys, Wipro, Tata Power, etc. Most of the students got placements in Bajaj Auto and General Electric, Pune. Supervisors roles are offered.
Infrastructure: Since our college is the head office of MSBTE, many facilities are available. The area is beautiful in the city. Facilities are available like labs, classrooms with the best ventilation and a big library with thousands of books. The quality of hostels is the best since it is in the city. Food is also good, and the mess system is also available so that students from different places can continue their studies with no interruption.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified, and teaching quality is awesome with extra classes and doubt sessions. In our college, there is a facility like industrial training. So, you can get training from the industry which you want. Exams are a bit tough, but if you study well, you can pass exams. The passing percentage is 35-40%.
Other: My passion is to become an electrical engineer, so I have chosen this course.

Yes, you can do a Diploma in engineering after tenth grade. But first, prepare yourself for the entrance exam and secure good marks and good rank in it. Best of luck thank you.

Hello D Mudaliyar, I am afraid but must say that your marks are below 50% and with students preferring govt colleges over private ones, you have very slim chances. But still surprises are known to have occured. Best wishes to you.

Diploma Entry is given on the qualification of 10th standard. 12th qualification is only required if you are seeking admission in lateral entry. Since it a government college they must conduct state level entrance exam. Appear for the exam and try to score well.
