HIMCOM admission to UG and PG courses is based on merit/entrance-based. At PG level, the institute offers three programmes, namely, MJMC+DMLP, PG Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication+DMLP and PGDBJP programmes. Duration for MJMC+DMLP is two years, whereas PG Diploma programmes are offered with a course duration of one year each. HIMCOM admission to UG and PG courses is based on merit or entrance test.
