IIHMR-U MAT Application Form 2026, Registration (OUT!): Know How to Apply

IIHMR University is conducting the exam on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month. Candidates can choose the exam date while filling the IIHMR U MAT application form.

IIHMR U MAT application form is released online on university's official website. Know how to apply for IIHMR U MAT exam below:

One-time Registration

A new registration can be completed by following below-mentioned process:

1. Visit IIHMR U MAT website, iihmr.edu.in
2. Click on ‘Apply Now’ tab
3. Enter following details:
• Name
• Email ID
• Mobile number
• State and city of residence
• Discipline
• Programme
4. Complete captcha verification and click 'Register' button

Email Verification

Candidates will receive an email on registered email ID to verify all details. Candidates have to click on ‘Verify Now’ button to proceed and fill application form.

Candidates who have already verified email ID, can proceed to Login.

Login

Candidates who have already registered and verified the email ID can log in anytime using the candidate login window. Know how to access IIHMR U MAT login below:

1. Visit IIHMR University website, iihmr.edu.in
2. Click on the ‘Apply Now’ tab
3. On the appearing window, click the link reading ‘Existing User? Login’
4. Enter the login credentials received after the email ID verification
5. Click on the ‘Login’ button

Filling Program and Personal Details

Candidates need to choose at least one course preference to proceed further with the application form fillup. Candidates can add up to three MBA courses offered by IIHMR University in the programme preference window.

After choosing the programmes from the drop-down menu, candidates need to add their personal details. Mandatory details to be entered in this step includes

• First name
• Last name
• Email ID
• Mobile number
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Category

After filling in all the above-mentioned details, candidates must hit the ‘Next’ button.

Providing Details of Parents

Following information is required during the IIHMR-U MAT application process:

• Name of father
• Father’s email ID
• Father’s mobile number
• Father’s occupation
• Name of mother
• Mother’s email ID
• Mother’s mobile number
• Mother’s occupation

Click on the ‘Next’ button after adding all the mandatory information.

Adding Address Details for Correspondence

Candidates need to add their temporary and permanent addresses during this step of the IIHMR-U MAT registration process. Mandatory fields in this step are as follows:

• Country
• State
• District
• Address line 1
• Pincode

Hit the ‘Next’ button to proceed further with the application process

Providing Academic Details

Candidates need to add academic information like details of Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation. If candidates have a PG degree, they must provide details in PG degree fields as well. Candidates must also provide details of any other MBA entrance exam they took during the current admission cycle. After filling all details, candidates must click on the ‘Next’ button.

Provide Work Experience Details

Candidates who have work experience need to add the details about the same during this step. This is not a mandatory step; however, the IIHMR University provides a weightage for work experience held by the candidate during the admission process. Following details are required during this step of the IIHMR U MAT registration process:

• Name of the organisation
• Designation
• Job profile
• Duration of the experience

Candidates can add more than one work experience if they have worked in multiple organisations before applying for the course. After filling in all the details, click on the ‘Next’ button and proceed further.

Uploading Documents

Candidates are required to upload the relevant documents required for verification and to check the eligibility of the candidate. The documents to be uploaded during the IIHMR-U MAT application form include

1. Recent passport size photo
2. Signature
3. Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
4. Class 12 mark sheet and certificate
5. Semester-wise graduation mark sheets
6. Migration certificate
7. Adhar card copy
8. Category certificate
9. Work experience certificates
10. Internship certificates

Payment of Application Fee

After filling all details along with document upload process. Candidates are required to pay IIHMR-U MAT application fee. This is most crucial step of registration, as application is incomplete until candidate pays application fee.

The application fee can be paid online as well as via means of a Demand Draft. Candidates need to provide details of DD and send same to following address:

The registration fee is to be paid for each course preference chosen by the candidate. A minimum of one course preference and a maximum of three course preferences are allowed to appear for the IIHMR-U MAT exam.

For each course, candidates need to pay INR 1,000 as the IIHMR-U MAT registration fee. The modes of payment for the IIHMR-U MAT application fees are online as well as offline via a demand draft. Candidates choosing the online payment mode can choose among any of the following mediums to pay the fee:

• Debit card
• Credit card
• Net banking
• Pay later (powered by HDFC Bank Flexipay)

Candidates choosing the pay later option will have to pay the interest charges at a flat fee of INR 70 per month to the bank.
