How to Fill IIHMR-U MAT 2025 Application Form?
The application process for IIHMR-U MAT 2025 is facilitated online at the university's official website. Space below mentions the step-wise procedure to fill the IIHMR-U MAT application form:
Step 1: One-time Registration
A new registration can be completed by following the below-mentioned procedure:
- Visit the official website, i.e. iihmr.edu.in

- On the appearing window, enter the following details

Step 2: Email Verification
On completion of the first step, candidates will receive an email on the registered email ID to verify the details. Candidates need to click on the ‘Verify Now’ button to proceed to fill out the application form.
Candidates who have already verified the email ID, can proceed to the third step.
Step 3: Login
Candidates who have already registered and verified the email ID can log in anytime using the candidate login window. To access the login window, candidates need to follow the steps below:
- Visit the official website of IIHMR University, i.e. iihmr.edu.in
- Click on the ‘Apply Now’ tab
- On the appearing window, click the link reading ‘Existing User? Login’
- Enter the login credentials received after the email ID verification
- Click on the ‘Login’ button
Step 4: Filling Program and Personal Details
Candidates need to choose at least one course preference to proceed further with the application form fillup. Candidates can add up to three MBA courses offered by IIHMR University in the programme preference window.
After choosing the programmes from the drop-down menu, candidates need to add their personal details. Mandatory details to be entered in this step includes

Step 5: Providing Details of Parents
Following information is required during the the IIHMR-U MAT application process:

Step 6: Adding Address Details for Correspondence
Candidates need to add their temporary and permanent addresses during this step of the IIHMR-U MAT registration process. Mandatory fields in this step are as follows:

Step 7: Providing Academic Details
Candidates need to add the academic information including the details of Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation. In case the candidates have a PG degree, they will have to provide the details in the PG degree fields too.
Additionally, candidates need to provide details of any other MBA entrance exam they took during the current admission cycle. After filling in all the details, candidates must click on the ‘Next’ button.
Step 8: Provide Work Experience Details
Candidates who have work experience need to add the details about the same during this step. This is not a mandatory step; however, the IIHMR University provides a weightage for work experience held by the candidate during the admission process. Following details are required during this step of the IIHMR U MAT registration process:
- Name of the organisation
- Designation
- Job profile
- Duration of the experience
Candidates can add more than one work experience if they have worked in multiple organisations before applying for the course. After filling in all the details, click on the ‘Next’ button to proceed further.
Step 9: Uploading Documents
Candidates are required to upload the relevant documents required for identity verification and to check the eligibility of the candidate. The documents to be uploaded during the IIHMR-U MAT application form include

IIHMR-U MAT Registration Fee 2025
The registration fee is to be paid for each course preference chosen by the candidate. A minimum of one course preference and a maximum of three course preferences are allowed to appear for the IIHMR-U MAT exam.
For each course, candidates need to pay INR 1,000 as the IIHMR-U MAT registration fee. The modes of payment for the IIHMR-U MAT application fees are online as well as offline via a demand draft. Candidates choosing the online payment mode can choose among any of the following mediums to pay the fee:

- Credit card
- Net banking
- Pay later (powered by HDFC Bank Flexipay)
Candidates choosing the pay later option will have to pay the interest charges at a flat fee of INR 70 per month to the bank.
