On the basis of the HPU MAT 2025 result candidates were shortlisted for the GD/PI process. Authorities conducted the GD/PI rounds for the subsidised and non-subsidised seats. • Admission application form
• One set of copies of the following certificates:
  • Himachal bonafide (compulsory) matriculation
  • 10+2 certificate
  • Grauation certificate
  • SC/ST/EWS/PWD/single girl child (if any)

HPU Business School released the HPU MAT 2025 final merit list for subsidised and non-subsidised seats. Based on the written test, academic record, group discussion, and personal interview, candidates were shortlisted for admission to MBA programme of HPU Business School. Shortlisted candidates must deposit the admission fee on or before last date failing to which the seat vacancy will be offered to next candidate.

HPUBS offers a total of 120 seats for MBA courses. Among the total seats, 60 seats are for a subsidised category and 60 seats are for the non-subsidised category. Check the table below to know the reservation of seats for various categories under subsidised and non-subsidised categories:

*25% open for all and 75% seats for the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from HP University or HP Krishi Vishwavidayalaya Palampur or Dr. Y S Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, HP Technical University and the Central University of Himachal Pradesh or the candidates who are Himachal Pradesh domicile irrespective of passing qualifying examination from any other University established by Law in India which is equivalent to the qualifying examination of Himachal Pradesh University. The seats will be further reserved as:

• 5% of the seats shall be reserved for outstanding sportsmen/ women.
• 5% of the seats shall be reserved for outstanding cultural activists.
• 5% of the seats shall be reserved for persons with Disabilities
• Provided further that one seat (Supernumerary) shall be reserved for the serving/ retired defence service personnel if they fulfil the minimum eligibility conditions prescribed for admission.
• Provided further that Two-seat (Supernumerary) shall be reserved for the Single Girl Child of Himachali Domicile. Applicants under this category must attach a certificate from the Executive Magistrate.
• Provided further that two seats (Supernumerary) shall be reserved for the J&K Domicile, Kashmiri Pandit/ Kashmiri Hindu families (Non-migrants) living in Kashmiri valley.
• Provided further that three seats (Supernumerary) shall be reserved for the Ward of HP University employee in Non-Subsidised Category.
