Currently, for admission to BSc courses at HIET, the application form for HITSEE will be available in December 2025, and the examination will likely be held in the second week of April. • Pudhumai Penn Scheme- This scheme is mainly for girl students, the government of Tamil nadu has launched oovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education Assurance Scheme for increasing the more number of admissions of girl students. Through this scheme, the financial benefit of INR 1000/month will be provided to the girls till their completion of UG degree and other recognised course.
• Dr Elizabeth Verghese Founder Chancellor Scholarship- This scholarship has been instituted to empower and provide encouragement to girls. Girls with academic potential to pursue higher education and who are from lower income families and are interested in pursuing higher education at HIET are eligible for this scholarship.

Many scholarship offered to BSc students at HIET are reserved for those who are part/ member of Hindustan group of institutions. These scholarships are only applicable/ open for these communities:

• Children of Alumni.
• Immediate family members (Sister/Brother) of Alumni.
• Alumni for Higher Studies.
• Children of the Staff of HGI.

The fee structure for HIET BSc includes different types of charges such as hostel fees, admission fees, examination fees, tuition fees, mess fees, and other various one-time charges. The total tuition fees for HIET BSc range from INR 5 lakh to INR 5.5 lakh. The mentioned fee is taken from the official website/sanctioning body.
