HICAS is also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the Hindusthan College of Arts and Science. Additionally, the college has signed more than 20 Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs). .

Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology is a private college which was established in 1998. HICAS Coimbatore is ranked 92nd by India Today 2023 for BA, 104 by India Today 2023 for BCom, and 109 for BSc by India Today 2023. HICAS Coimbatore has been ranked at 83rd position in the year 2023 for its BCA course by India Today. Being a private college, the facilities are quite good.
