The placement is above average, but good companies do visit and pick 3 to 5 students.
Placements: 60 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 10 LPA. Zoho is the top recruiter. Internship is almost average, and the top roles can be Data Analyst and AI Engineer. In the final year, the placement cell conducts a placement programme for thirty days, and it is enough for the interview process.
Infrastructure: Lab and classroom facilities are good, and Wi-Fi is available. Hostel is average. Lab facilities and library in-charge are good and knowledgeable. Moreover, the sports and medical facilities are good, and students can really enjoy their time. Sports students can have their time in volleyball, kabaddi, and other games as well.
Faculty: Teachers are good and well qualified. Faculty members are very knowledgeable. The course curriculum is really related to the industry. Semester exams are easier for toppers and tough for average students. Faculty members encourage us to participate in hackathons and other competitions, which motivates us to win.

One of the best colleges for an MBA course.
Placements: Around 85 percent of students secure a job from our college. The highest package falls between 11 LPA and 13 LPA and the lowest goes to 3 LPA. Frequently visited companies are TCS, Deloitte, IBM, Wipro, etc. Many students get an internship programme from very reputable companies. Our college placement cell was actively working.
Infrastructure: Our college provides students with a first-class learning environment. The campus is so green. All types of facilities like Wi-Fi, good classrooms, a well-equipped library, and labs are available in our college. Hostel rooms are moderate. The hostel provides a daily meal for students. Also 24/7 medical facilities are available. Our college conducted a sports and games day.
Faculty: Truly knowledgeable faculty are present in our college. They have many years of experience in the teaching field so they properly know how to present all topics. Teachers are preparing students to manage the workforce and this preparation is so helpful for students' future careers. Exams are easy to moderate and most of the students passed the exam.

Hindusthan Institute Coimbatore from 2022 to 2026.
Placements: At the time I am studying in my final year, there has no IT companies that are relevant to my subject, which I am studying, that visited our campus. There are only companies like BPO and sales marketing, but companies are visiting our campus, not IT companies or software companies.
Infrastructure: On our campus, the hostel facilities, like room sharing and accommodation fee structure, are good. The hostel facilities, such as ultra Deluxe and normal, provide food to the students, which is similar to that of 3 of the hostels, but the first food is only of poor quality. Other than food, the hostel is perfect to stay in, with water facilities, Wi-Fi facilities, etc.
Faculty: I believe my department, the Computer Science and Engineering department, facilities are not skilled and experienced in the teaching professions. They are coming to classes just fill the attendance and not to train the students. They just come and convey the syllabus and curriculum to the students and focus on the attendance only, without understanding the concepts. Exams that are easily passed by the students, but we cannot learn apart from that.
Other: In this college, if we want to enjoy the college life, like the classes, roaming outside, events and fests celebrated in college. We can enjoy college life, but we cannot learn or succeed in college if we do not study.

Good infrastructure and supporting faculty with decent placements and an active campus.
Placements: 70 to 80 percent of students are placed in the course. The highest package offered is 12 to 15 LPA, the lowest package offered is 3 to 4 LPA, and the average package offered is 5 to 6 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Zoho and Amazon. 60 to 70 percent got internships in companies like TCS iON, Infosys Springboard.
Infrastructure: The department has well equipped computer labs with high speed Wi-Fi, smart board facilities and access to licensed software tools. The central library is very spacious. Hostel facilities are decent with clean rooms. The mess and canteen provide hygienic food.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good with a balance of theory, practical sessions and assignments. The curriculum is relevant and regularly updated to include AI, Machine learning and programming skills.
Other: I chose this course due to the growing AI and data Science in the industry and its wide career opportunities. The best aspects are hands on labs, coding, real time project and exposure to AI ML. More industry collaboration, advanced internships, and updated elective subjects would improve the course.

It has a vibrant culture and strong industrial training for placements. The hostel food is average.
Placements: I am a part of the 2021 to 2025 batch in the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science department which has been a rewarding experience in itself. Our course has a strong placement record with nearly 85 percent of students already placed. The salary packages vary reaching a high of 9 LPA for specialized roles. The average package offered is 5 LPA and the lowest package offered is 3.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Zoho, Hexaware, and TCS. Around 70 percent of us secured internships at firms like Pantech and various startups with a stipend of Rs. 12000 per month. Most roles offered are Data Analyst and Junior Data Scientist which perfectly match our training.
Infrastructure: Our department labs are fantastic. The campus Wi-Fi is accessible in key spots like the library and student centers making it easy to work on projects anywhere. In the hostel I stay in a deluxe room which is quite spacious for four people and includes a attached bathroom. The mess food is usually okay though it can get a bit repetitive. However having non vegetarian food three times a week is a big plus point. We have amazing synthetic basketball courts and a well equipped gym that keep the campus energy high every evening.
Faculty: Faculty members in the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science department at Hindusthan Institute of Technology are highly qualified. Many faculty members are PhD holders and have years of academic and practical experience. They are very approachable and always willing to help, whether its during classroom hours or in the labs when weare struggling with complex code. Our college is autonomous so the course curriculum is incredibly relevant and updated frequently to match industry shifts. We study cutting edge subjects like deep learning and big data analytics, which directly prepare us for technical roles in the real world.

Review of Hindusthan Institute of Technology.
Placements: The placement opportunity in the Mechanical Engineering department is really good. A lot of companies, especially manufacturing companies, visit the campus for the Mechanical and Mechatronics departments. Even though the Mechanical department intake is relatively small. The highest package offered to students is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 1.5 LPA. The top recruiting company is Tech Mahindra.
Infrastructure: Facilities available in the Mechanical department include well-equipped laboratories, Wi-Fi access, lathe machines, welding machines, and other equipment. Students can use it anytime for their project work. Classrooms and libraries are common for all departments. The hostel facilities are good. The buildings are well maintained, but the food quality in the hostel is not very good.
Faculty: Faculty members in the Mechanical department are very strict and often punish students for small mistakes. Teachers are not very helpful, although they are knowledgeable. They are less supportive and often comment on students. The curriculum is similar to that of other colleges. Exams are conducted every two months. The pass percentage is around 35%.
Other: I chose the Mechanical department for a lot of opportunities in the future in the mechanical field. It is especially in quantum mechanics, manufacturing, artificial systems, and everything related to mechanical engineering. It is the most preferred option for me. I would like to choose this field because the environment is friendly and supportive.
