I am happy with the college environment. Hostel facilities could be improved by providing AC.

Placements: Placements are average for B.Tech CSE students. About 80% of the CSE students got placed in the year 2024. The average package is 7 LPA, and the highest package is 50 LPA. Many companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, Infotech, CTC, Tech Mahindra, Google, etc., visit the college to hire students. The overall placements are decently good at ICFAI.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not that great from the outside. Buildings look old and outdated. But every class is equipped with digital boards and projectors with Wi-Fi. Classrooms have air conditioning facilities. There is a library with a full range of subject-related books. The quality of the mess food is good. There are 2 canteens and 3 cafes inside the campus. There is a clinic and an ambulance for emergencies. Hostels are available on the campus for both girls and boys. They are safe and in a residential area. Boys' hostel rooms are not that great. There are no air conditioning facilities at both girls' and boys' hostels.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are interactive with students and friendly. Every faculty has an in-depth knowledge of their subject. There are 3 exams every semester. They are mid-1, mid-2, and the end semester exam. Exams are moderately difficult. The total exam is for 100 marks, in which students need to get 40 marks to pass the exam. Apart from studies, the college also conducts many workshops and hackathons, which make students industry-ready.

Other: I chose this college because it is the best private university compared to other colleges. It has so many grounds and courts. The campus is spread over 100 acres. The campus is filled with greenery and has limited students, which is peaceful and provides a better environment for students.

Everything is great, but I need to travel 1hr 30 mins sometimes 2hr 30mins depending on the weather.

Placements: In the year 2025, around 70% of CSE students got placed in ICFAI. The highest package offered is 50 LPA from Amazon, and the average package offered is 6 LPA. Top product based companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and non product based companies like Infosys, TCS, etc. Come for placement selection. The internship will start at the end of the second year.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and labs are very well developed and modern. Digital boards are available. A library full of subject related books. A hostel is where you might stay. There is no air conditioning, and the infrastructure of the hostel is not that great. Washrooms and floors are always clean. Hostel food is healthy and good. They provide breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner each day with a different menu. Coming to the sports, there are Cricket grounds, badminton courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, table tennis courts, a football court, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and many online gaming events are conducted.

Faculty: Every faculty member is a Ph.D. holder and has a very good knowledge of their subject. They are very interactive with students and very helpful to students. In the first year, B.Tech students will have the same subjects, which are a programming language, engineering graphics, digital fabrication, and more, which make the students ready for upcoming opportunities. Getting a good score here is not that tough compared to other colleges. A little effort and you can score 8 CGPA.

Other: I chose this course because I am passionate about engineering in computer Science. I chose ICFAI because of the environment here. You will get to talk to many students in our country. Many workshops are conducted to take our knowledge to the next level. A big 3 day event is conducted every year called Trithi. If you study hard and manage to get above 8 CGPA, you can get a scholarship. Scholarship starts from 18000 to 37000. For every sem, depending on your CGPA.

The best ICFAI University.

Placements: 70% of students got placed from our course. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. Recruiting company is Leo Force. 100% of students got internships. Roles offered are AI engineering, software development engineer, digital marketing, sales executive, application development engineer, and social media handling.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available. Wi-Fi, laptops, Labs, washrooms, LED TV class, ACs, libraries, and auditorium are available. All kinds of food are available in mess, there are three mess in our university. Medical facilities are available. Ambulance, playgrounds, and indoor stadium are available.

Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and qualified. All types of courses are taught in our university. Semester exams are not that difficult if we attend classes regularly and attend labs. Total of 8 semesters and a booklet are given, invigilation is tight, cameras are there.

Other: I chose the CSE course because it has scope in the future and we get experience in coding and using labs, computer networks, etc. Many events are planned and are held, including the freshers' party, farewell parties, annual function, etc.

The college has good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 70% to 75% of students from my course got placed in different companies every year. The highest package of last year was around 50 LPA, and I don't know about the lowest. Many students got internships if they met certain criteria, like having no backlogs.

Infrastructure: The university has Wi-Fi in classrooms, labs, and the library. The mess food tastes good, is very healthy, and very cheap, Rs. 53 for lunch. Breakfast costs around Rs. 40. The mess is always clean and hygienic. Good staff in the mess. Even the canteen food is good.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful, and students can approach the faculty without any hesitation. The course curriculum is good, and as I am from 1st year, I don't know whether it makes students industry-ready or not. The semester exams aren't tough, and they are easy.

All about my college and experience.

Placements: There are many students in IcfaiTech doing different courses. The average package is 4 LPA, and others keep changing. Many companies visit IcfaiTech to select students for jobs and internships. Almost all students got internships at companies like Swecha for Viswamai, which offers roles like AI developer, Wrenchmate, and other companies in digital marketing.

Infrastructure: There are a good number of classrooms and labs for all departments. Wi-Fi is available in every room. There is a library inside the building and a big library in IBS for all students with all books for students. Hostels are neat and clean with AC and other facilities for students. The mess food is delicious. There are all types of games and grounds like cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton, swimming pool, and indoor games like table tennis, chess, etc. There is a separate medical clinic and ambulance for any emergency.

Faculty: Lectures and teachers are really good and friendly with students. They are always ready to help us. Study materials like PPTs and PDFs are provided for exams and learning. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are challenging for students.

Other: I have a great interest in technology and artificial intelligence, so I chose this course. I think they should have no uniform for students and should be less strict about the dress code.

Dissatisfied with the college events, but faculty was well qualified and experienced.

Placements: The overall placement rate was 75%. 60% of CSE students got placed this year. The lowest package offered for this course was 2 LPA, and the highest package offered was 20 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Cisco, IBM, and Oracle. 100% of CSE students at ICFAI University underwent. IP-1 – a 2-month internship after the 2nd semester. IP-2 – a 6-month internship in semester 7 or 8. Internship providers included Tata Motors, C-DAC, Tech Mahindra, CMC, Infotech, and Qualcomm. The roles offered in CSE (ICFAI University) were Software developer/software engineer, Data analyst/data engineer, AI/ML engineer/data scientist, Full-stack developer, Cloud engineer, Test engineer, Network engineer, and Associate consultant.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure at ICFAI University for the B.Tech CSE program was well developed. The campus offered spacious, air-conditioned classrooms equipped with smart boards and projectors to support modern teaching methods. The CSE department featured specialized labs, including AI/ML labs, cloud computing labs, and software development labs, all furnished with up-to-date systems and licensed software. High-speed Wi-Fi was available across the campus, including hostels. The university also boasted a central library. Additionally, the innovation and incubation centre provided resources for student-led projects and startups. Facilities like the seminar hall, auditorium, and group study rooms contributed to a collaborative learning environment.

Faculty: Faculty at the University of Hyderabad for the B.Tech CSE program was well qualified. Many holding M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees and possessing strong subject knowledge. Most professors were helpful, approachable, and supported students during projects and internships. The curriculum was designed to include both theoretical and practical components. Semester exams were moderately difficult but manageable with regular study. The pass percentage was fairly high as the university provided good academic support and internal assignments.

Other: I chose this course because there was a lot of demand in the market for it. I received a scholarship of Rs. 50,000 based on my Class 12 scores. You could get up to Rs. 1,25,000 in scholarships. When it came to hostel and canteen food, the food was tasty and healthy. The college was not very active when it came to events.
