MTech at IcfaiTech School offers very specific tracks like Robotics and VLSI which are not available everywhere. Many other colleges focus only on general computer Science or traditional civil engineering. The school uses a semester-based fee structure and a clear entrance path through IMET or GATE.  

The BSc at IcfaiTech School is part of an integrated campus with advanced labs. Students have access to resources used by engineering students, like AI and robotics equipment. Not all Science colleges provide this level of technical infrastructure. Having these tools available helps students learn by doing.
