The IIM Ranchi Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) is a comprehensive five-year course that combines undergraduate and postgraduate studies in business. It follows a blended learning approach. Upon successful completion of the programme, students will receive an IIM Ranchi MBA degree.

For admission to the IIM Ranchi IPM, candidates are be shortlisted on the basis of IPMAT (IIM Indore) scores. Those shortlisted will be invited to proceed to the next selection rounds, which include participating in a Personal Interview (PI). The PI will be conducted in six cities: Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Ranchi. The evaluation of candidates takes into account their performance at all stages of the selection process as well as their academic achievements at the secondary and higher secondary levels.

The feel of this college is high, but it is worth it for its quality education.

Placements: Actually, I do not have any direct knowledge about placement, as there are still 2 years left for the placement process for our batch. But, as far as I know, the highest package is around 25 LPA. As our seniors said in the alumni meeting, the college has great internship facilities.

Infrastructure: Our college campus is very great and nice. The overall environment is also nice. There is a swimming pool and playground on the campus. Classrooms are big, and a gym facility is also available. The hostel is separate, and the security is also strict for both boys and girls. Good food in the canteen.

Faculty: The professors and faculty members are extremely helpful. They guide us through every type of study-related problem. The exam is hard to clear but not impossible. If you want to achieve great marks, you have to read attentively and seriously. The course structure is relevant and helpful for us.

Satisfying faculty and infrastructure, brilliant crowd but high fees.

Placements: Almost everyone gets placed every year. The average package of this college is 1700000. The highest package last year was 3200000. Students get placed in reputed companies such as Infosys, Deloitte, and Accenture. Most of the students get placed in management positions.

Infrastructure: Hostels and mess food are in accordance with the high fees, but the college is newly made, so certain things are underdeveloped, such as the playground, community area, and some other buildings. College management is not that effective; otherwise, the campus is beautiful and serves its purpose.

Faculty: The faculty is really good; they are helpful and experts in their subjects. Academics are taken very seriously here, with professors deciding the mark components, mainly consisting of quizzes, group presentations, and two exams. Exams are mostly tough, but if you pay attention to lectures, they are doable.

It's worth the high fees because of the knowledgeable professors and diverse crowd.

Placements: I am enrolled in the IPM course at IIM Ranchi (a 3-year BBA + 2-year MBA program). I am part of the first batch of IPM students here. After 3 years of BBA, we will be on par with other MBA students. In the MBA program, almost everyone gets placed with decent packages. So far, as part of this course, we have completed 2 internships: one social internship and the other a corporate internship.

Infrastructure: Basic facilities like Wi-Fi, single occupancy rooms, high-tech classrooms, library, and gym are available, but the campus is newly built and not up to par with other Institutes of national importance as it is still under development. Many more buildings are yet to be constructed.

Faculty: The faculty here is very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. We are taught by college professors along with many visiting faculty members who come from premium institutes such as IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Indore. We have 3 terms per year in which we have to take 2 exams and several quizzes as per the professor's requirements.

Review of IIM Ranchi - Indian Institute of Management.

Placements: Only social internships are offered in this course. Regular summer internships are organised in our department. Placements are decent. Many students got internships in this course.

Infrastructure: Internet facility is available in all classrooms. Classrooms are well-furnished. It also has podiums, on-seat mic, smart boards, and air-conditioners. Hostels are very good. It has beds, wardrobes, chairs, and tables. Double occupancy rooms are available. Washrooms are good. We also have rented rooms near our campus.

Faculty: Professors are very good. They are very approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. The course curriculum is relevant. We have 6 major exams each year that follow the term system. The pass percentage is 35%. Around 80% of attendance is mandatory in this college.

Other: It is a very good course.
