Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhopal.
Placements: TCS and Amazon are the top companies that recruit students for two different roles with different packages. Such companies provide internships from the pre-final year of college by providing a stipend along with work experience. Accenture, Infosys, Infytq, and Dell are some other recruiters at IIIT, Bhopal.
Infrastructure: There are five air-conditioned laboratories with 150+ systems in each lab, all of which are in good condition. Also, 4 to 5 lab assistants and coders are appointed for every individual laboratory with all the facilities. Students are allowed to use all the resources available in the college without any distractions.
Faculty: Teachers are multi-talented and are specialized in coding in all the programming languages, which adds more value to them. They play a significant role in developing the core knowledge of the students. They allow and appreciate students to develop newer codes for various newer inventions.

IIIT Bhopal College Review.
Placements: IIIT Bhopal has really stepped up its game in terms of placements over the years. Being a newer IIIT, the placement states are still growing, but it is already catching the attention of some big players in the tech world. Recently, companies like Amazon, TCS, and Infosys have been visiting the campus. On average, packages typically range from 6 to 10 LPA, but some lucky students are landing even higher packages thanks to their skills and impressive projects.
Infrastructure: The hostel, along with the mess, is run sufficiently. Classrooms have Wi-Fi, and the LAN can be accessed from the hostel rooms. Basically, you are able to get everything that you want on the university grounds. The classrooms are airy and equipped with projectors. There is a big stadium for cricket and football, apart from an indoor stadium for badminton.
Faculty: Faculty members are good, but you must go to class regularly. Everybody passes except for those who barely come to classes. The curriculum is not very well structured, and students have to figure out the concepts themselves to be ready for the industry. The difficulty level of the semester exams is just right, so if you want to pass, you will have to get yourself prepared well.

Overall, the infrastructure of the college is not good.
Placements: Actually, the specialization course in Cyber Physical Systems in the Computer Science department started last year, in 2024. I am part of the first batch of this course. Our placements will be conducted along with the CSE department. This year, in 2025, the highest placement from the college is 85 LPA, and I think it is off-campus.
Infrastructure: IIIT Bhopal does not have its campus. Manit Bhopal shares the NTB (New Teaching Block) with us. The infrastructure is not very good, and there is no air conditioning in the classrooms. We have three hostels for boys and one for girls, all located outside the college campus. The boys' hostels are BHEL (9 km from college), RGPV (12 km from college), and NITTTR (3 km from college). The college does not have its own sports facilities. Students use the sports facilities of NIT Bhopal, and that too only during evening hours, maybe from 3 pm to 5 pm. The quality of food is average, and non-vegetarian food is not provided.
Faculty: Not all faculty members are very good. You have to study on your own. There are three exams in a semester: a mini test, a mid test, and the final end-of-semester exam. The pass percentage is relatively high. To sit for placements, you need to maintain a CGPA of 8 or above. Teachers are helpful and supportive.
Other: I chose this course because it was the only option left for me in the last round of CSAB. The college organizes a fest called Niimack. If you are interested in sports, you can participate in the inter-IIIT sports competition. Our college also organizes intra-IIIT sports competitions within the college.

Not a value for money for MCA.
Placements: Average placement rate is about 70%, with some colleges reporting upto 90% placement each year. Major recruiters regularly include banks, IT companies, and MNCs such as TCS, PayPal, Flipkart, and HDFC Bank. Every company has a CGPA criteria, if you are eligible then you will be seated in the MCA placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good with clean classroom, seminar halls, Wi-Fi, and spacious ground. Library, canteen, and sports facilities are common and contribute to overall student development. Campus is situated at MANIT Bhopal building and building name is NTB.
Faculty: Faculty members are usually qualified from top IITs and foreign universities. They are very good in their research field. Exams' rules are very strict and accurate, and based on relatively fair marking. Three exams are going to be held during a semester, mini exam, mid exam, and end-term exam.

Review of IIIT Bhopal - Indian Institute of Information Technology.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed in my course is 90%. The highest package offered by my college is 54 LPA. The average package is 9 LPA. The top companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Walmart, Infosys, etc. The percentage of getting an internship is 75%, with companies like Wipro.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is looking very nice. College Wi-Fi is available 24 hours; labs are very advanced. Classrooms are also good, and the library is very big with all types of books. Hostel rooms are good. Mess food is average, but canteen food is good, and there are also good medical and sports facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very knowledgeable. All teachers are the most senior teachers. This course is relevant to hardware. Upcoming semester exams are moderate. Each semester has two mid-exams. The percentage of passing semester exams is 80%.

Overhyped- can be the best one word for this kind of college.
Placements: The placement scenario is kind of okay due to the internships and help of MANIT as a mentor institute. Major good placements are off campus and what they have written on their website is not true so it doesn't deserve to be this much hyped. Average on-campus placements are still on the okayish side.
Infrastructure: Very bad infrastructure because hostels are far from college and give you a feel of school life and a very bad campus given by MANIT. Also, the basic college facilities are missing. They are not providing AC's in their classrooms and still charging plenty of money, which is actually horrible.
Faculty: MANIT faculty is kind of good but they don't give much attention to IIIT students. Still, the curriculum is a bit hard as compared to most private colleges and the coding culture is actually good. Exams are never ending, as our mini-test gets over midway and the end also. So studying is necessary to be among the good students of the college.
Other: College is not great because of it's infrastructure but the only reason can be its placements but still, you can get a better college with these fees who can provide you similar placements especially in the ECE branch. And yes, campus does matter, but it doesn't have one.

At EWS category rank of 380,000 in JEE Main, Admission in IIIT Bhopal is extremely less probable. The cut off rank of EWS category at IIIT Bhopal in the B.Tech level is normally very low, normally between 4,000 to 6,500. Although your branch is not a very competitive one, your ranking is much higher
