IIIT Srinagar is a good college.
Placements: Wipro, Cisco, Amazon, and Flipkart are the companies that will appear for campus interviews. Projects will be given by the faculty in the 7th and 8th semesters, and we can do out-of-campus projects for better placements. Placements in our college are quite okay, but I can't say that it's huge. The highest package is around 40 lakhs per annum, and the average is around 10 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: Facilities in the hostel include 2 tables, 2 chairs, 2 iron cots provided in a 2-sharing room, and 2 cupboards. It is quite sufficient to live. Washing machines are provided in the hostel. Activities, I can say that they are so good; the campus is so big. We use the library, there are many canteens, many shops, and many more things in it. There are also big seminar halls where workshops and conferences are conducted. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus with CCTV security. Classrooms are spacious and digitally updated.
Faculty: The student-faculty ratio is quite comparable because it’s a new college that was built in 2009-2010. The best faculty includes Jagadeeshwar, Anoop, and Jacob Thomas. Padmatialagam is the worst faculty I have ever seen in my entire study life. Exams are quite answerable but not easy at all. We will have two common tests in a semester and an end-of-semester exam at the end of the semester. This course teaches vast subjects other than computer-related things, which are essential in the future. Areas for improvement are to add all the CSE-related courses.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with faculty members and management.
Placements: About 40% of students get placed in our course. The highest package is 8 LPA and the average package is 6.5 LPA. The lowest package is 4 LPA. The top roles offered are graphic designer and software developer. Many students also got internships.
Infrastructure: There is no proper water supply in washrooms. Classrooms and labs are average with no ventilation system. The library is sufficient for resources and books related to the course. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is hygienic.
Faculty: Teachers are experienced and knowledgeable. They are not supportive and helpful. They always scold students for every single mistake of theirs. The teaching quality is not so good. The course curriculum is not relevant because very few activities are conducted by the institute.

IIIT Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
Placements: In the last year of 2022, our college provided 100% placements to the students. The college has a small batch of nearly 60-85 students, which helps in providing the best placement opportunities. The highest package offered was INR 48 LPA, with an average package of INR 7 LPA in our college.
Infrastructure: The college campus is spread across 100 acres, on the outer boundaries of Trichy city. The academic buildings have spacious classrooms, labs, an auditorium, a large library, seminar halls, etc. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The college offers 24*7 water supply and high-speed internet facilities in the hostels.
Faculty: IIIT Trichy has highly qualified and experienced teachers, with a faculty and student ratio of 1:11, which is excellent. Many teachers are from foreign colleges as well. Exams are not so tough; you can study well before 1 week and go for exams. End-semester exams are conducted on the same campus by the college.

Best review of Indian Institute of information technology.
Placements: Around 82 percent of students got placed in my course. The highest package is 20 LPA, the average package is 10 LPA, and the lowest is 8 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Ramco, Landmark, EPAM, etc., participated in the placement process. 82 percent of students got internships in companies like ADP, Razor, Elcot, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available with a 1GB per second speed, and labs are also available with half of the equipment. The classrooms are good because the buildings were constructed two years ago, so the infrastructure is good. A library is there in my institute, but only half of the books are available. A canteen is available on the campus itself. Medical facilities are there with one nurse and one doctor. The ground is not good; you may not be able to play on it as it is not clean. The mess food is good for both North and South.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are knowledgeable, qualified, and good in nature. You can reach out to them easily, not like an angry man. Teaching quality is also average, not perfect. No, the course curriculum is not relevant; it does not make the student industry-ready. Semester exams are not that tough; you don't have to study hard like preparing for JEE. You can pass them if you read one week before. The pass percentage is 33, or it depends on the toppers' marks.
Other: Because I have basic knowledge of this course from the +2 level, the best thing is that this course will grow in the future because it is purely a semiconductor-based course. That's the reason. Exam paper types and labs: In this college, there are three events conducted by the college - 1st is cultural, 2nd is sports, 3rd is a technical event. The campus is not good, but it is okay to stay and study. No extracurricular activities are there on the campus.

College still in development phase, a lot needs to be done in coming future.
Placements: Around 75 percent students got placed in the passing year 2023. the highest, the lowest and average packages were around 15 LPA, 9.5 LPA and 10 LPA respectively. Celebal technologies, Publicizes sapient and opium were among the companies who offered higher package for ECE branch.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college are pretty good with wi-fi and labs, but institute lacks in library. The facilities are provided well according to what is present in college. In hostel, wi-fi is 24/7 and other facilities like electricity and water is pretty much available all the time. Doctor visits 3 times in week and the mess food is a bit above average. Institute lacks in sports facilities. It needs a lot of development.
Faculty: Like any other government engineering colleges, the teachers are highly qualified, but a large majority of them lacks in experience. Some teachers are present who are given to teach topics in which they have not mojoured in. This shows a lack of presence of suitable number of staffs for all the courses taught. The course curriculum are relevant according to the branches. According to me, students are not industry ready, as they lack in the practical knowledge. The semesters exams are quite tough. And high marks are attained by only a few students. The pass percentage is around 90%. .
Other: Few events are organized like prothymos (sports fest), atrang (technical fest) and ahlaad (cultural fest). As the number of courses present in college is very limited, the campus crowd is very less, around 400 students. Scholarship is present, but it is only for st and sc students, even general ews students are not given any scholarships.
