IIIT Trichy BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
BTech at IIIT Trichy is an undergraduate programmme offered with two specialisations, namely Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. Both these course run for a durtaion of four years. Moreover, the mode of education is full time.
Admission to all these BTech courses is conducted via JEE Main exam, followed by JoSAA counselling and CSAB counselling. Candidates are required to qualify the course-specific eligibility criteria before applying for the JoSAA exam. IIIT Trichy's syllabus and curriculum is similar to NIT Trichy, which is prepared based on a thorough deliberations and discussions with IITs, NITs, IIITs, and Anna University.
Eligibility: Twelve years of School education with minimum of 75% aggregate
Selection: JEE Main + JoSAA counselling/CSAB Counselling.
IIIT Trichy BTech Fees 2025
The students offered admission to IIIT Trichy courses must pay the fees to confirm their admission. As per the official website, the total tuition fees for BTech courses is INR 9.2 lakh. While comparing IIIT Trichy and IIIT Kancheepuram the decision will be a subjective one. Considering only parameters based on package students will find that in terms of package IIIT Kancheepuram offers better packages of INR 32 Lakhs in the highest but IIIT Trichy wins in average packages of INR 9.
