Great people, great campus, and of course, great placements after all its an IIM.

Placements: 95% of the batch has been placed by December 2025. Roughly 20-25 students would be remaining for the final placement. Average CTC would be around 23-24 LPA, but the fixed component would be around 16 LPA. The majority of the placements are in the marketing domain, but there are some really good placements in the finance domain. Finance and consulting companies come to the college, but they mainly come in the first phase of the college placements. Talking about the internships, 60-70% of the batch gets placed by December, and the rest get placed by February.

Infrastructure: Almost all the facilities that you can think of are available in the college, with a huge 3-storey iconic library building. There are some issues regarding the internet connectivity on the campus, but the LAN works fine. Talking about the medical facilities, a full-time ambulance is available at the campus, with two part-time doctors coming to the campus. Also, they have a full-time compounder who takes care of any emergency in the absence of a full-time doctor. The campus has all the sports facilities available in the campus.

Faculty: The professors are highly qualified with an extraordinary teaching experience. The teaching quality is phenomenal, and they are quite helpful. The curriculum is completely case-based in order to make the students industry-ready and give a practical exposure to real problems. You need to study hard before exams because the academic rigour is real.

Other: The reason to choose this course is that it is an IIM, and the name in itself holds significant value. There are several events going on on the campus every now and then. Also, the campus crowd is quite diverse, with people from all around the country and across all fields.

PGPM Course, making students industry ready at IIM Rohtak.

Placements: Almost 100% of students are placed. 237 students participated in the placement drive. The highest CTC offered this year is 36 LPA, average is 16.06 LPA and average package is 17.5. Over 120 recruiters participated in this placement season, with 45 of them being new recruiters such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, GAIL, Samsung. Top brands on campus included Axis Bank, EY, Accenture, Cognizant, Brain Capability Network, HDFC Bank, TATA Steel and others. Consulting and General Management were the most sought-after domains, with over 24% and 21% of the batch recruited in each domain.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are quite fine. Classrooms are well-equipped with good infrastructure including Wi-Fi and projector facilities. The library is recently built with around Lacs of books. Two students share a single room and each room consists of an air-conditioner and a separate bathroom facility. There are medical facilities, gym and canteen facilities available in the campus.

Faculty: Teachers are quite helpful and act as a facilitator. Some of them are very knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They are always ready to help and are very understanding. Keeping diversity of academic backgrounds in mind, they teach everything from the scratch and in a very easy way and the sessions are quite interactive. Other faculty members are also doing quite fine. The curriculum is quite relevant and is as per the requirement of the corporate field, making students industry ready. Exams are case based so it becomes less difficult for students from different academic backgrounds to attempt them.

Infrastructure: Our campus has good ambiance. The classrooms are also excellent. All the latest technologies are used to provide students with ample options. Wi-Fi is available on our campus with great connectivity. The hostel is also good.

Faculty: Faculty members are experts in their fields, and the learning is done through cases to give practical and real-life knowledge. The daily quizzes and assignments make sure that everyone is on the right track and gaining good knowledge. The course curriculum is very relevant.

Overall, it is an above average college.

Placements: The placement committee ensures that the students are placed under reputed organisations with good salary packages. Therefore, the institute records 100% placements during the campus placement drive. This year, the highest salary package offered was 22 LPA and the average salary package offered was 13 LPA. More than 100 recruiters participated in the drive. The majority of the students were employed by Brain Capability Network, KPMG, Infosys Consulting, Deloitte, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college includes flourished library, hostels for students & quarters for staff and faculty, a gym, medical facilities, mess facilities, etc. The hostels are set up to provide a comfortable stay for students throughout their management studies. The hostel blocks are well-equipped with a recreation room, a gymnasium, a fitness center, a TV lounge, and a medical room. Rooms are spacious and are accommodated with attached bathrooms, private balconies, a table, chair, bookshelf, and a closet.

Faculty: There are full-time faculty members and visiting faculty. The class lectures are mostly case-based where a certain situation is given to students and they are made to discuss that case-based pedagogy with their peers and come to a solution or conclusion. The course curriculum of the PGP program has been modeled to give students practical knowledge about the working environment of the industrial challenges, trends, and requirements. Faculty members of IIM Rohtak are highly qualified and experienced, and they guide students in every possible way.

The classrooms are well furnished and air-conditioned.

Placements: The placement process is good and the institute has witnessed 100% placements in the past years. The average package is growing on a year-on-year basis and this time also it is expected to grow from the previous year. A diverse portfolio of companies visit the college every year and all the branches from marketing to finance and consulting are given proper exposure.

Infrastructure: The campus of IIM Rohtak is spread across decent boundary lines, flourished with lush green gardens and clean surroundings. The classrooms are well furnished and air-conditioned along with proper audio and video arrangements. The campus is also with a library which is a stock room for thousands of books and reference materials which cover various topics.

Faculty: The Post Graduate Programme is designed as an integrated whole to generate maximum synergy among its components. It aims at the capability of 'learning to learn' in recognition of the importance of continued learning for a successful managerial career. It is the best college for MBA.

Placements: In IIM, placements provided are impressive, and every student who wants to get placements got placed. Placement statistics and companies which visit here are mentioned on our college website. Not many students get placed in company, role and compensation as per their choice. The average salary package offered will be around 19 LPA. ROI is good.

Infrastructure: IIM Rohtak has the world-class infrastructure as per its credit. One of the best parts of the campus is there are air-conditioned lecture theatres with multiple sliding whiteboards and projector, which are comfortable at times. But sometimes it is difficult to listen to some lectures. Library, convocation ground, etc., were under construction when we passed out of the campus. I am sure that they would be great, and our college shifted to the new campus in the second year. Every second-year student had a single room with attached washroom in the hostel. The common area of the flat is generally used as a kitchen and a hangout place. I am satisfied with these facilities and won't expect anything better.

Faculty: Faculty members here are very good. The academic team consists of professors with very good profiles and always help students to identify their metier. The teaching pedagogy includes analyses, reflections and solutions. Professors ensure that you are prepared and ready for the class by conducting different tasks.

Other: Events and fest can boast of the student-driven culture here. IIM Rohtak has different clubs and committees which take the responsibility to conduct and ensure the smooth conducting of activities. IIM Rohtak is a great option in its league. There are many colleges better than IMR, but it depends on the options you have.
