IIM Sambalpur MBA Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, CAT Dates (out), Cut-off, Placements

To begin the IIM Sambalpur MBA course admission, candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The admission process of MBA course is based on multiple parameters such as CAT score, prior academic qualifications and performance, relevant work experience, and performance in the personal interview. Step 1: IIM Sambalpur MBA Application Process 2025

In the primary step itself, all the applicable applicants who have appeared for CAT examination and have selected IIM Sambalpur as one of their preferences in the CAT registration form will be considered.

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of the institute- IIM Sambalpur, iimsambalpur.ac.in

Step 1.2: Click on 'Programs' and select the desired MBA course. Further click on either "Admission Process" or "How to Apply".

Step 1.3: Now, click on "Apply now" and register using a valid email ID and phone number.

Step 1.4: Add all required details and upload relevant documents

Step 1.5 Pay the application fee and click on "Submit"

The IIM Sambalpur MBA application fee is INR 1000.

Step 2: Selection Process:

First of all applicants are shortlisted on their CAT scores and other academic performance in the stage one. Further, the institute conducts a GD and PI and gives different weightage to each selection parameter. The score for the Work Experience will be calculated based on the total months of completed work experience of the candidate as of 31st January year of admissions. Applicants should note that the minimum percentiles applicable to CAT for IIM Sambalpur MBA 2025-27 are as follows:

# For male candidates having at least one year of relevant work experience, and for all the female candidates, the minimum overall percentile in the General Category will be reduced to 85.

Step 3: Release of Final Merit List

The final merit list of shortlisted applicants will be released after evaluating the scores of different parameters mentioned in the above points. Those who get shortlisted receive an offer letter, and they need to accept that letter by paying an adequate amount within the stipulated time.

Step 4: Fee Payment/ Admission Confirmation
