IIM Shillong MBA Eligibility & Highlights 2026
IIM Shillong MBA is a PGPM course that is equivalent to a standard MBA course. PGPM at IIM Shillong has the same duration of two years as a MBA course and is offered in full-time mode. Candidates who are interested in part-time MBA can also choose the IIM Shillong executive PGPM courses.
Candidates are required to appear for the CAT to qualify for IIM Shillong PGP admission. Aside from the aforementioned exam, candidates are also required to fulfill the MBA eligibility criteria which has been provided in the table below:

IIM Shillong PGPM admission dates are inline with the timeline for the CAT registration. The IIM Shillong PGPM deadline is the same as CAT registration deadline. MBA Working Executives is two-year programme where live classes are held in online mode. The programme is designed for working professionals. The total programme fee for MBA-WE is INR 12 lakh.
To pursue the course from IIM Shillong, candidate must appear for either CAT, GMAT or WEMAT.

For the IIM Shillong MBA admission, candidates need to register for the CAT exam. The eligible candidates can go to the CAT website (iimcat.ac.in) to apply.
