The PGPM batch at graduating in 2025 consists of 70% engineering students and 30% non engineering students. Freshers got hired in sectors such as BFSI, FMCG, IT and Operations. The IT sector offered the highest package during the 2025 placement drive. The PGPM HR students were offered jobs in Manufacturing, Pharma, Consulting, Hospitality and many more. The BFSI sector had increased the highest package to 10%. The MPHL sector saw 50% growth and FMCG sector saw 27% growth.

IIM Trichy offers 24-month PGPBM (Post Graduate Programme in Business Management) course for working professionals. The PGPBM course at IIM Trichy Chennai Campus is designed with the objective to groom working professionals and help them move to senior management and leadership roles. Course curriculum designed in such a way, that is all aspects.

Placements: It is a amazing university for MBA studies because it's placement cell is very good. This year almost 97.5 % of the students got placed in different companies. Many companies, like wipro, tcs, tata, HCl etc. Visited for placement. The lowest salary package offered this year is 10 LPA.

Infrastructure: There are various labs for every subject. The college provide free WI-FI facilities for every students inside the campus. Hostel facility is very good and there is a mess available for the students, the sodexo company take care of it. The hostel has the facility of 18 different games and sports inside campus, like pool room, table tennis, carrom, billy ground etc. The hostel also has the facility of hospital for students health.

Faculty: All the teachers in our college are well- qualified and doctorate. They experience more than 10 years. The course knowledge given by the teachers very good, always teaching easy way or simplified of besic knowledge. Teachers introduce good friendship for all of the students. They compile theory and practical as well as easy way. They helped students very closely.

Other: Our campus has the best faculty and they have personally helped all students. Placement is very good in the course.
