The college has good infrastructure.

Placements: Approximately 70% of students were placed in our course. In our course, most students were accepted for further higher studies in the top colleges or even foreign universities. Top recruiting companies were ICMR, DRDO, ISRO, etc. The salary offered was Rs. 40,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were extremely good. Modern building with a beautiful design using glass. A big central library was on the campus. The college is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs were well-equipped with instruments and machinery. The hostel quality was also very good.

Faculty: Faculty members were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was very friendly and kind. They develop not only scholastic but also holistic development. The course curriculum was relevant. The semester examination was at a moderate level. Almost all students passed.

Review of IISER Thiruvananthapuram - Indian Institute of Science Education & Research.

Placements: Placements in the college are few, as most students opt for higher studies. A few companies, like ITC Infotech, TCS, etc., visit the campus for placements. The placement cell is increasing its base, and hopefully, it will be able to invite more R&D companies. The chemistry branch has good placements, and many companies visit the campus for placements. Many of the students are bringing opportunities for internships. But others have a great opportunity to pursue higher studies anywhere in India or abroad. Most of the students here pursue a Ph.D. after their PG. Otherwise, some companies directly hire students.

Infrastructure: The courses are really good. Follows standard structure. And the main focus is the research line. You have to do a major project, which is somehow similar to doing research. It helps you build confidence. Labs and exams are not that hectic. Hostels are nice. Rooms are good. For the first two years, there is a double occupancy in the rooms, but afterwards, a single room is provided to all the students. There is a gym with all the facilities. There is a stadium and courts for different games like volleyball, basketball, etc. The mess food is good.

Faculty: Teachers are the attraction of this campus. IISER has the best of the best facilities in the world, and they top the list in the world. They are well-experienced and talented. They are always approachable. They have allotted special office time for students to clarify doubts and have tutorial sessions for doubt clearance. The lab faculty is also very good. Most faculty members are active scientists and, therefore, are awesome teachers. There was a semester system for exams. CGPA was attributed to the students. Working in a lab is the greatest experience for students. The labs were well-equipped with the materials required.

This is the best institute for the Master of Science course.

Placements: About 57-77% of students got placed from our department. The highest packages reach 30+ LPA, the lowest around 7 LPA, and the average around 12-20 LPA. Top recruiters include Johnson & Johnson, Ranbaxy, GAIL, etc. About 70% of students get the opportunity to work in business. The roles offered are data scientist, data analyst, and more.

Infrastructure: This college has awesome infrastructure. There are numerous facilities available, including high-speed Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, toilets, a library, a garden, game rooms, and more. This college has a hostel. The canteen serves food. There is a sports committee at this college. It organizes games and athletic tournaments.

Faculty: In this college, the professors and teachers are very helpful, and their explanatory teaching is very nice. They are university-qualified. In this course, the curriculum is excellent. This course study period is 2 years, with 4 semesters. According to students' statements, the exams are very difficult for all of them. The pass rate is approximately 45%.

This is my review about this college.

Placements: Most of the students opt for a Ph.D. in foreign universities. Many national and international companies come every year to offer placements for the students, and around 80% of students get placed. The average salary of the entire batch is 4-5 Lacs per annum. Only final-year students are eligible for campus selection. One can simply say MNCs like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, IBM, etc., come for recruitment and offer a higher package range of 25 LPA and more. Overall, it all depends upon the students' capabilities, knowledge, and skills; the students have to fulfill the companies' recruitment requirements, and then they will get placed.

Infrastructure: The labs are equipped with high-quality instruments. All the faculty members are very experienced and are very good researchers as well. Hostel rooms are spacious, and hostels are available to every student who takes admission to the institution. In every room, a maximum of two students are allotted one almirah, one study table, one chair, and two beds. Electricity is available 24/7, the room also contains a charging port and a LAN cable port. Also, Wi-Fi is available in the hostel 24/7.

Faculty: Faculty members here are well-versed and have in-depth knowledge about the subject overall, and everyone is an eminent scientist by profession. Every faculty member here holds a Ph.D. degree and has their own research labs where they work. They are also affiliated with national and international research institutes. These faculty members are very good at teaching and use multimedia tools and labs to explain concepts. In each semester, there are two class tests and one end-term examination. Each class test has a weightage of 15 out of 120, the end term being 70, and the remaining 20 is for the teacher’s assessment.
