It is the best college for M.Sc. in Data Science.

Placements: 80% of our college students are placed. Additionally, the college offers internships to our course participants. The highest package is 10 Lacs per annum, while the lowest package is 3 Lacs per annum, with the annual average being 3.5 Lacs per annum. Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Machine Learning Engineer, and Business Analyst were the most famous positions. Leading companies include Deloitte, IBM, Wipro, TCS, and Infosys.

Infrastructure: The college has good facilities. The classrooms have air conditioning and are kept up nicely. There is Wi-Fi available across the campus. The labs are modern and well-equipped. Numerous books, journals, and publications about academics and personal growth can be found in our extensive collection. For any emergency, our college has medical and first aid services. To help students develop their talents, they also provide a variety of sports facilities, including basketball, tennis, and numerous other extracurricular activities.

Faculty: The professors are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. In the subjects they teach, the professors are efficient. The instruction is of a high standard. We learn everything from them. Additionally, the course content is up-to-date, and our prospective students participate in practical sessions. Exams for the semester are simple, and we can receive decent marks. 70 percent of them pass.

Review of M.Sc. Data Science at the University of Kerala.

Placements: The college gives placement, but one cannot expect that they will definitely be placed. Only a few students, about 50% of students, are placed off campus, and a few on campus. Oyspn, Capgemini, and Cognizant are some notable companies. College gives direction to get an internship, and some courses can be completed in 1-2 weeks. Ultimately, internships are useless, especially WFH internships. The package depends on individual capabilities, the lowest is 3.8 LPA, and the highest goes up to 12.5 LPA. My friend got the highest role offered, which is associate data scientist.

Infrastructure: There are some issues with the infrastructure that need to be fixed. The library is big and has ample of books, you can take books home. Securities behaviour is very rude, it feels like we stole something from them, and they treat us like prisoner. Wi-Fi and labs are in good condition. Canteen food is the worst thing. I feel a stomach issue after eating canteen food. The hostel conditions are also not good, it is not well-maintained, but the food is decent. The college does not prioritize sports, it only organizes a sports fest once a year.

Faculty: Teachers are the best thing about this college, and they are very supportive. Principal Sir is also very polite and humble. College management is not good, they are stuck in organizing small functions, and they are not that efficient. Data Science is a demanding course, its curriculum includes Data Structures, Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel, MySQL, and MongoDB-like software. The exams are moderately difficult, and passing is very easy if you study with a strategy.
