IIT Hyderabad offers BTech course three streams such as Engineering, IT & Software and Science. As per official website, the total BTech tuition fee is INR 8 lakh. However, the one-time fee for the course is INR 17,000.
The total tuition fee of BTech at IIT Hyderabad is INR 8 lakh. This number is taken from the official website of college. It can change. Candidates have to pay the course fee as the last step of admission process to confirm admission. The one-time BTech fee is INR 19,000.
IIT Hyderabad PhD tuition fees is INR 1 lakh for the academic year 2026. This component is charged on per semester basis at INR 10,000, each for all PhD courses. For external category students, the PhD course fees at IIT Hyderabad is INR 3.5 lakh.
