Here, it's a good campus life with strong academics.

Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive, qualified, and teach well. Curriculum taught here is industry-relevant with practical labs and projects. Exams are moderate to hard with fair evaluation. For most of the courses, you should score 30% to pass, so most students pass comfortably.

Campus life and internships at IIT Ropar

Faculty: The faculty at IIT Ropar is highly qualified, and most of them have pursued their PhDs from abroad. 75% attendance is mandatory in almost every course, and the teachers are mostly good except for a few exceptions. There are regular class committee meetings where students can give their feedback to all the professors throughout the duration of the course. The course curriculum is relevant and is regularly updated, which really helped me during my internship drive. The semester exams are not very ...

IIT Ropar College Review.

Faculty: Faculty members were good, but you really have to show up to class regularly to succeed. Most students pass, but those who barely attend do not. The curriculum could use a better structure, so students often have to figure things out on their own to be ready for the industry. The semester exams were just right in terms of difficulty, so if you want to pass, you definitely need to prepare.

IIT Ropar College Review.

Faculty: Teachers were definitely qualified and offered plenty of assistance. Their teaching methods were top notch, and the training programme was relevant, really gearing students up for the industry. Semester exams sit at a medium difficulty level, but the pass percentage often reflects the class average, which was around 50%.

Great college, should definitely consider it.

Faculty: It's more about the students who come there which makes the college great. Teachers are helpful. Teachers know what to teach students sometimes not directly related but you have to increase your way of thinking by taking difficult courses. Difficult is moderate as if you study for 3-4 days you get a decent CGPA of 8. Pass percentage is 30%.

Best infrastructure among the IITs with quite good placement ratio and also a good campus life.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and kind. They are easily available on week days from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM in their office. They are qualified from very respected universities like IIT, IISC, MIT, and others. The teaching quality is moderate. The course curriculum is moderately relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are quite tough.

Experience in IIT Ropar (the most progressing IIT).

Faculty: Teachers are most useful, friendly, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach tremendously. Their teaching style is awesome. The course curriculum is of utmost relevant for our future aspects. It helps in our overall understanding. Semester exams are not that difficult. They are based on what your professor has taught. Review of IIT Ropar - Indian Institute of Technology.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful if you seek help from them. All the courses are not that useful, but they can play a role in making you industry-ready. Coding and maths are quite difficult subjects in my field which is computer science and engineering. Teaching quality is not that good and I face difficulty in understanding.

All the above facilities are average.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is average. Course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Difficulty level of the semester exam is ultra too high and 30% mark is enough for passing the criteria.

Average placements, but overall life is good at IIT Ropar.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but some professors are unhelpful and do not create a friendly environment for doubts, occasionally displaying bias in grading. The course curriculum is industry-relevant, supported by industrial visits that aid practical understanding. The difficulty is moderate (6/10), with a 30% pass percentage for most courses, though the outcome can vary depending on the professors.

IIT Ropar : Journey to the future.

Faculty: Yes, the teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. There are very helpful at various steps. The teaching quality is very good because mostly it is practical-based so that it can help us in our future career development. Yes, this course is very useful for the student in the current technological-based era. The semester exam is both moderate and difficult; mid-semester exams are moderate, but end-semester exams are quite difficult. Almost 90 percent of students passed the exams.

Campus life of IIT Ropar.

Faculty: The teachers and faculty members are highly qualified in their respective domains. Every professor has certain Ph.D. students who work as Teaching Assistants (TA) under the professors. These TAs generally evaluate our quiz papers and exam answer sheets.

Great hostel rooms, amazing crowd to hang out with makes my experience worth it.

Faculty: The teachers do a good job of explaining everything in class. If we attend class and review the class slides, we should be able to get a good grade. The course curriculum includes things like data structures and algorithms, which will help us become industry ready.
