MS (Research) and PhD admissions are made under regular full-time and external category. PhD is offered in nine specialisations whereas, MS (Research) is offered in five specialisations. The selection of the candidates to both the courses is based on a written test or interview conducted by the institute. The full-time foreign PhD research scholars are eligible for financial assistantship of INR 25,000 per month for the first two years and INR 28000 per month for next three years of registration.
