It is a place of academic and non-academic enjoyment with excellent campus life.
Placements: Placements of this institute are currently doing good. More than 60% of students get placed and are working well in their companies. All the leftover students are currently pursuing internships in good startups and companies. The average package is 9 LPA. Most of the students work as software developers and senior AI engineers.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-furnished and fully air-conditioned. The entire campus is connected with Wi-Fi. The library facility is also great. Hostels are not less than any 3-star hotel. The campus is so beautiful that a person gets to delve into it. I would rate 5 out of 5 for the food. It has one of the best food services someone can have in a mess. However, the college lacks proper medical facilities. It has a weekly visiting qualified doctor. The institute has newly built sports areas, for different sports such as cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, lawn tennis, table tennis, badminton, carrom, chess, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members here are well-educated and qualified from top colleges all over India. They are properly knowledgeable about their subjects and courses with a helpful attitude. They provide us with excellent teaching from their own prepared slides and PPTs. The course curriculum contains only relevant subjects. There are mostly subjects that make students industry-ready. There are also extracurricular workshops and events that fully grow students. Semester exams are of medium to hard difficult levels. More than 94% of students pass with good grades. Overall, the faculty members and course curriculum are very relevant to the industry.
Other: The campus life over here is the best. There are weekly events, workshops, and annual technical, cultural, and sports fests with all the organisation and execution parts completely managed by the student body. The campus is not crowded because only one branch is present but from the year 2025, 3 new branches have been added so there will be a good campus crowd. The city is located at a very remote location with only bus and flight connectivity. There are mostly issues of transportation. There are state scholarships and weekly talent hunts. The campus is surrounded by beautiful beaches.

Really very beautiful campus.
Placements: About 30% of students from our 2025 batch are placed on campus. The highest package is about 40 LPA, and the lowest is 6 LPA. The average package is 8 LPA. The top recruiters are Nvidia, PwC, Amazon, Wipro, and Accenture. Around 50% of students got internships. Hopefully it will increase in the upcoming year.
Infrastructure: We have separate labs for electronics and computers and have all sports equipment and a beautiful ground with an athletics track around it. Our hostel rooms are some of the most beautiful rooms. They have everything: a bed, a study table, a spring mattress, and a cupboard, which are beautifully designed. We have Wi-Fi facilities all over the campus and the campus is well connected with Diu City because of the city bus. Our hostel warden has also allotted a vehicle to the students for any emergency situation. Every day, a doctor is available on the campus for the good health of the students. The campus is under CCTV surveillance 24/7.
Faculty: All the faculty members are well educated and supportive. It seems that they love what they do. The course curriculum is one of the best and makes a student very confident in every field. The semester exam seems to be of moderate level because of the good teaching abilities of the professors. The pass percentage is about 95%.
Other: I chose this course because it has a boost all over the world and many job opportunities are unlocked for this. There are many events happening in an academic year, like sports fests, cultural fests, and tech fests. All these events help to make a good relationship between seniors and juniors. In the sports event there are many different sports, but the best are cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, etc. Because in these sports, auctions are held to make a team, so the seniors and juniors all have a mixed team, and because of that, we enjoy a lot. Open mic is held alternate weekend.

Satisfied with the hostel, but facilities are bad.
Placements: In this college, only the first session of placements has been done, and the second one is ongoing. In the first session, 60 to 70 percent of placements with an average of 9 LPA. The highest on-campus was around 26 LPA, and off-campus was 50 LPA. The lowest was 3 LPA. Recruiting companies come from the main campus in Gandhinagar. The internship percentage is around 40 to 50 percent.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is very slow, but the hostel rooms are good. Classrooms and labs are okay; some labs do not have sufficient components in the EC. The mess food is average, but it is too oily. There is no canteen now. For medical facilities, a doctor comes to campus once or twice every 2 to 3 weeks. The sports facilities are good, but the number of table tennis courts is very low.
Faculty: The teaching quality is just above average. Some faculty members are not up to the mark, but it is okay. The curriculum is from 2018, which might be old, but it is relevant, and we can say it is better than other colleges. Exams are above the medium level, and the pass percentage is around 80 percent.
Other: This is located in a remote area, so there is no theater in the city.

Reasons why you should come to IIIT VADODARA.
Placements: The placements in our college are quite okay. They are not like that of top NITs and IIITs, but are still okay. The average package offered here is 14 lacs which is considerably good for a college of national importance. Students are also getting campus internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: The best part about our college which makes it different from the other IIITs is it’s hostel and academic infrastructure. Being newly established, the hostel rooms and its furnitures are completely well maintained and are in a good condition. Also, there are water coolers at each floor which is a convenience for all the students.
Faculty: The course curriculum and other academics are quite similar to the other IIITs regarding the syllabus and the exam pattern. The faculty here is not top notch, but they are above average. They do not just perform their bare minimum job. Most of the teachers are interactive here.
Other: I would like to mention that the mess food is the worst thing about our college. You will be frustrated seeing the food quality here.

A newly built Campus with lots of opportunities.
Placements: It's a newly built campus and being a satellite campus of IIIT Vadodara, the placement cell of both institutes is same. With total 85 companies visited for placement drive of 2021-22, the average salary package of IIIT Vadodara is 14 LPA with 100% Placements. The highest off-campus placements is 1.8 Crore per Annum. That's why this institute holds no risk of bad placements.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good with having all facilities and 24x7 Wi-Fi Facility in academic block with no restrictions. You can use classrooms also for studies till midnight. There are 2 huge libraries in campus. Hostels are well - setup with all the facilities and the rooms as compared to other IIIT's are very nice. Currently there is only one branch (CSE), but may be in future you may SEE other branches too. The mess is currently managed by a private body (Jaiswal Canteens) and quality of food is awesome compared to other institutes.
Faculty: The supporting staff are very helpful and if you find any difficulty during any academic related issues, you can freely reach them out in midnight also. Most of the teaching staff are from IIIT Vadodara while some others are from other NIT's and IIT's too having experience ranging 10-30 Years. All the faculty members have done Ph.D. in their respective Domain. The curriculum is as same as IIIT Vadodara which is already well-designed and industry-ready.
Other: Committees and clubs keep organizing the new events, quizzes, competitions and various interactive workshops and sessions like Blitz Chess tournament, EBSB Quiz, Kaala Kaushal, Code-o-fiesta, etc. There are some other events and competitions also like Treasure Hunt and Freshers party. All these events, tournaments and sessions provides lots of learning and fun. Campus is 2.5 km away from airport providing good connectivity.

Our college is newly built satellite campus which is awesome for campus life.
Placements: This institute holds no risk of bad placements as the placement cell of IIIT Vadodara and IIIT Vadodara International Campus Diu are the same. Companies like MathWorks are coming for internships. Placements are 100% with the highest off-campus placements being 1.8 crore per annum. Companies like Amazon, Adobe, Siemens, and ICICI Bank are common visitors for recruiting students.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is top-notch. Campus is endowed with Wi-Fi 24x7 and classrooms are open for studies. Library, canteen, and other facilities are perfectly taken care. Food in mess is awesome. There is a mess committee to decide the menu for the mess, and the chefs make delicious food. There are major sports facilities and sports equipment. There is football, cricket ground, basketball court, lawn tennis, table tennis, and much more. There is a government sports academy nearby which has all other facilities such as a gym and swimming pool. There is a canteen which runs 24x7 inside the campus.
Faculty: Faculty are from IIIT Vadodara. The curriculum is the same for IIITs. Teachers give enough time to study and prepare for end-semester exams. The curriculum is an imbalance of time. The course is completed fast and destroys the flow of study.
Other: All the committees work day and night. The best event was the freshers party which was composed of party games and other such party stuff. Campus people are very helpful. Connectivity is fine. Campus is 2.5 km away from the airport. Campus is surrounded by open ground which spreads wide and long. Diu is a city famous for its beaches and material natural beauties.
